Like all of Morrison's best work, it's completely mad and utterly brilliant and often quite beautiful even as it's sordid. Very funny, as well. Not quite as brilliant as The Invisibles as its best, but much more digestible and greatly benefitting from Gary Erskine's art (being both consistent and much better than a lot of the work from The Invisibles).
