Having heard about this book for years, I'm glad I finally bought it and read it. A simply amazing account of the crazy life of the Beat Generation. It's tough to describe this book because the prose style is so different from anything I've ever read. All I can say is that it's a must read for anybody who likes the idea of being footloose.
