This is a really great cookbook. We made:
* Sloppy Tom's, which are sloppy joe's but instead of ground beef, you use ground turkey.
* Easy Pizza Crust, which uses whole wheat flour and had a nice hearty taste.
* Greek Lemon Chicken, the weakest of the three we've tried so far but still amazing- the chicken fell right off the bone.

So far I'm really loving this cookbook and have found way more recipes out of it than the others that are in my huge stack. Taste doesn't feel sacrificed or anything so I'm kind of wondering if it isn't as healthy as it says it is... either way I don't care, I love the recipes we've made so far.
