Ack! I was in a beach house on the Oregon Coast, and had finished the book I'd brought with me. This book was in the house, and set on the Oregon Coast, so I figured I'd give it a try. I read it in about 24 hours, but why????? Often I find books like this that are fun but not all that fulfilling. This one wasn't even fun, really.
