I took this book slowly and tried out their tips each day. I really liked this book and in 48 hours it felt like I had a different child, but really what happened is that I became a different parent. I respond to things differently and it has made a great improvement in our quality of life. Both Braxton and I are so much happier since I started reading this book. The downfall of reading it so slowly is that now I feel I need to go back and start reading it again so I don't lose the insights.
