it was amazing
bookshelves: fitness, running, health
Read from May 14 to June 06, 2010

This is an amazing read, whether you consider yourself a "runner" or not. I was hooked as I met incredible characters and faced impressive feats while following the author through his quest for the answer to one question, "Why does my foot hurt?"
I will never look at running the same again. While reading this book, I could see myself trail running through the mountains of Colorado or running alongside horses in a race to the finish line.
Add in the tidbits about the evolution of the running man, the shoe gurus, and the American diet -- and it's just a must read for everyone!
