It didn't progress or end as I thought it might. Lulu is undercover in Marrakech, under the pretense of spending time with her boyfriend and doing a report on literacy efforts for girls, but she has contacts. The other people staying at her boyfriend's villa add color and story, as do the people with whom they interact. It was a good story and I enjoyed the book but the conclusion wasn't what I expected. It's good not to be predictable. A different story. The author also wrote Le Divorce and L'Affaire, among others.
