Heart of Darkness/Apocalpyse Now set in the Star Wars universe starring Samuel L. Jackson: what more could you want. This is the best Star Wars book that has been written since Del Rey took over the property (and It's almost 8 years old now). If I were to recommend one book for Star fans that don't normally read EU material to read, it would be this one. Mace Windu is a very weak character in the movies, but this book actually gives him depth and makes him a real character. The setting is great, the writing is beyond excellent, and it really puts you right in the middle of the Clone Wars.

If you don't like this book, and you are a Star Wars fan, I really can't help you.
