Come to think of it, that's what I should have done! I wanted to read it all the way through, then go back and read it again once I started my own Happiness Project. Knowing me, though, I might never get around to doing that!

It's my first time to read it and I'm taking it month by month. I think I'm getting a lot more out of it this way. I intended to do my own happiness project along with it, but this year has been crazy. I think I'll definitely do it next year though, and I'll probably skim the book again (and all my notes) when I do!
