Great to see the story told, though written in mediocre style. A part of humanity it's painful to be aware of, and I'm grateful for the author not only for telling his story, but for dedicating himself to the kind of mental healing he's obviously undergone, as evident in the couple of TV spots I've seen with him. And I don't even know that I can fault him for what I perceive as deficiencies in his writing, as I can't imagine living what he writes about--and then trying to write about it. In any event, I'm glad I read it, and you probably would be too. Check him out on the Daily Show after you've read the book and marvel at the fact that the person he talks about in the book is the same guy you see on your screen.
