While this may be Faith Fairchild #10, it's really Faith Sibley #1. This is Faith's first real mystery. She's a young caterer in NYC and a dear friend is being blackmailed. Faith is determined to uncover the mystery. Though it isn't exactly clear why Faith feels the need to get involved so deeply, part of it is simply her character. She likes to know and understand. It's a well crafted mystery and didn't go where I expected which made it even better. I'm definitely going to be looking for more of these next booksale.
