I was pleasantly surprised how much I enjoyed reading this book, and actually found myself giggling in several parts.
I've put off reading this book because I don't think I can handle another ditsy heroine. But Tessa, the book's heroine, turned out to be more likeable than I expected. Max, the hero, is quite delish but far from perfect, making him more human and believable. Oh, and the banter between them, just hilarious. Still, even despite the many outrageous circumstances projected in this book, there is something warm and real about the hero and heroine's relationship that shone throughout the book.
If you want something light, funny, with some tender moments, this book is not bad to spend a few hours with.
