it was amazing

No idea why I gave this 3 stars before. I read this without finishing it a year and a half ago for a class.

I felt it deserved a re-reading, and I was right. This is an amazingly well-written book that offers a kaleidoscope of emotions. Woolf had an incredible talent for depicting very different individuals from different classes and generations and highlighting both their differences and the similarities they all share with each other and with us, the things that make us human. Wowed by this book.
