Read in May, 2010, read count: Zeke's story: once
So I only read Sherrilyn Kenyon's Where Angels Fear to Tread...
And it was awesome! Very, very short, with zero romance, this was such a unique little story! I was not really expecting there to be any romance in it, since it is a compilation of the Horror Writers Association, of which Sherri is a member. As such, because I wasn't expecting this aspect, it didn't "let me down" at all.
In fact, the story was great! One, it was an awesome glimpse into Zeke's character and contained a lot of surprises about this guy. What I really liked was that the story acts as a very brief but snippet insight into the Angels/Demons atmosphere that Sherri is broaching in her books. Which personally I think freakin' rocks! Overall, excellent little story, and really whet my appetite to see Zeke's book come about.
- I don't know if I'll read the other stories listed in this book, and I might, but no clue if or when.

“Wouldn’t it be freaky if the two of us exchanged places? You’d have to go home to my house and make out with Duncan. (Mary)
Ah, gah! Eye bleach. Don’t put that shit in my head. You’re my sister, for Pete’s sake. Now I’m going to have to beat your husband the next time I see him for defiling you. (Zeke)
Oh, pooh. You always overreact to everything. (Mary)”

“But on the upside, your seraph form will never age. And the only way to die is by a demon blade. As long you survive fighting them, you’re immortal to the things that would kill a normal human. Think of the money you’ll save on medical bills. (Jack)”
