Jeffrey Ouch. Tom from the book club would be sad.

Melanie Sorry Tom! It was just...very Dickens-y; there was so much unnecessary stuff thrown in there I think it could quite easily have been like half the length and not lost anything of the story. This is the first time his writing style has really bothered me. The end was good though. Everything interlinked in quite a nice way, which Dickens always does well. Are you planning on reading it at any point?

Jeffrey I just saw Tom gave it 3 stars! I was supposed to read A Tale of Two Cities in high school, but I decided I didn't like it, and I never finished the book. Not sure I'd bother with it now.

Melanie I don't blame you for not finishing it, and I honestly wouldn't recommend you bother now, lol. The only reason I struggled through was because I hate leaving books unfinished.
