Ethel Margaret How is the section on freezer food? Does it give advice on "once a week/month" cooking? Or is it just what to do in a power outage? I need freezer cooking 101 -- how certain foods react, how much (or little) to cook something before freezing it, etc. The stuff I've *so far* found online hasn't quite been what I'm looking for.

Katy it's not that comprehensive. but it gives some pretty good ideas. most freezer advice i've found has been in various other cooking books on sauces, and herbs, etc.

but, you are welcome to borrow this book and skim through it for some helpful tidbits!
