Six Bad Things (Hank Thompson, #2)
by Charlie Huston
by Charlie Huston
Man, Huston is good at ruining peoples' lives. Like Caught Stealing I read this in one sitting on a Greyhound bus, and I'm glad I didn't have any distractions. This is a monster of a book, and if anything I can see why my brother lent me the Joe Pitt series first, because this more mundane and possibly even darker series makes that one seem a bit silly in hindsight. Poor Henry.
