Delivering Happiness: A Path to Profits, Passion, and Purpose
by Tony Hsieh
by Tony Hsieh
One of the easiest reads I've had in a long time. Tony Hsieh writes it as a biography of his life with LinkExchange and Zappos as well as a biography of the companies. Combining what he learned along the way with experiences, stories, real emails is what makes this an interesting read.
I would recommend it for anybody involved in a start-up business who wants to get the business culture right from the start, or somebody who is simply trying to find happiness in his/her life.
