If Goodreads let us give half stars, I'd give this 3.5.

While I am certainly not the target demographic for this book (27-year-old librarian...not so much) it did have its amusing and funny bits. It is written in the form of a case file with doodles and commentary dispersed throughout. There are instructions on how to make your own origami yoda in the back. (Even if it is not as complex and "real" like compared to the one on the book's cover. I can see 5th and 6th graders enjoying this book, especially if they find school to be a socially awkward experience, like detective-type stories, or like Yoda. (More so if all of the above are true).
