Having enjoyed the previous (14th) book in the Code Name: Danger series, this one came as quite a surprise, because I simply couldn't suspend my disbelief enough to "dig" the premise of a glorified paper pusher (albeit with a Dr. in front of her name) being recruited by a top-secret federal agency to help solve a major case.
Add to it the nonexistent chemistry, a hole-y plot and slow pacing and you get a two-star rated book.
Disappointing.

Extremely disappointed. I have the entire series in my keepers. The last few have been poor.
