A light and funny read, this is one of Evanovich's early romances re-released with new covers. I'm finding I really enjoy her early romances even though I've gotten very tired of Stephanie Plum. Hero at Large is a sweet and overall satisfying story. I think Evanovich could have kept some of the tension going and made it a more mature, and therefor more satisfying read, but it's still a winner.
