A fun book told by different characters in an interview-type style. While the story flits through several characters, it is never confusing and the author skillfully keeps things moving along through several points of view. The book is good and sends a great subtle (and then not-so subtle) message about the importance of homework. Great for advanced second grade, third grade and fourth grade readers. Reminiscent of classics of the past...such as Cleary's stories about everyday life gone awry in the minds of kids.
