review:
There must be a reason why this book has not been made into a movie yet. The elements and revelations that ring true in modern society are as loud today as were inconceivable in Huxley's time.

This is not a tame novel. Huxley's view of the future world is hauntingly accurate. (I saw an advertisement for a pharmacutical drug actually called Soma some time ago)

*I was slightly uncomfortable at my own identifying with the main character at first.
