One of the better accounts of her life. I would say it's pretty balanced compared to the Hillary love-her vs. hate-her accounts that are out now.

Clearly a biased account of her life - but still interesting. In fact, I would say that if you can see past some of the spin, you can actually learn WHY it is that she spins.

Great book. Although the last fourth of the book seemed unnecessary, even forced. Of course, the story is about the stereotypical hypocritical missionary - if you are a believer and can get over that, it's a good read. In fact, it probably will help you understand how people that don't believe in Jesus view Christians sometimes.

Reading this one slow. Definitely helping me not to punish behavior in my child, but rather help shape their hearts. This will probably be more beneficial to me the next few years when communication will be higher with my kids.

Probably my favorite of all time. Although that's a hard statement for me to make. Tozer wrote this all in one night. When you read the depth of his understanding and revelation, you will know that it came straight from Jesus. It's a small book, one to read several times in your life.

Definitely on my top five list. This book affected my walk with Jesus like very few have ever done. If you are a weary Jesus follower, this is a great reminder of the depths of the grace and love He has for us. Excellently done. This is one I read over and over again...in fact, I'm about due for another read!

I know I'm a little more obsessed with Amy than the average person, but this really was a GREAT read. It's not a biography in the way you think (i was born here, then this, then this, etc.) but more a collection of stories and reflections.
