Although it was quite different what i have read before, i got many times annoyed by the style of writing. Besides that it had a good point in it, to look at things always not as they seem, rather try to understand the background also.

I think the ideas were pretty good, nothing special although. Thes kind of basics about the human emotional state and leadership can be found everywhere.
