Nesting, like the point preexisting, but "coming about" where the stairs meet their users at Hogwort's. The opening of Akira/noosphere/A fudgey, vague notion of a sea of White Knowledge (appropriated usage of the term by Gaiman in "Neverwhere", as I've never read a Pratchett novel), comprise of increasingly complex (generally speaking, or such in the attribute of 'general'), and more recent residue of human thoughts, maxims, formulations, equations, data, information, knowledge, etc., that has fractaled out from the saga of consciousness in[to] the Universe? It might be more closely situated, dimensionally, to Creation rather than mere causation, evolution, etc (not mere for not happening - they do, but they're Second Things; which might be why consciousness, the source/engine/

Got it Sunday, just finished it today. Truly tremendous and tactically written follow-up to "Israel in Egypt" (Hoffmeier's exposition of the evidence for the core of the Biblical narrative of Israel as a people in Egypt and the Exodus), picks up The Story from pretty much the beach through the Sinai Theophany and the 40 years in the Wilderness. Oft times as much an exploration of politics in Archeology as it is a presentation of evidence.

Jesuit brother and Vatican Astronomer Guy Consolmagno is a truly fabulous writer. especially revealing about why/how techies think the way they do (and WHY they think the way they do about the way they think...), about religion. gives profound depiction of how and why many of these peculiar people believe about the big things. gives justification for his religious convictions and depicts others fairly and sympathetically.

trouble wonderful catalogue from an exhibition on the jewish wedding, great pictures explicated with the truest 6th sense - humor with heart; included is an image of the wedding outfits from a nice jewish couple from the 70s and an Iraqi-Jewish grandmother modeling her wedding dress with a smile. I teared up a little at that one.

I first read about him in a piece from Details magazine about the Supermax in Florence, one of several political prisoners held there. In the photo he cut a profound image to me. he's out now. I bought the trial statement at some "wooden shoe" collective in philly, I think Flint has it now.
