I guess I have to admit that I knew Cardeno long before Cardeno started publishing and CC was just posting stories and wondering if publishing would be something to consider doing and because Cardeno is a friend I feel like I should at least try to read books written by CC even if they are out of my comfort zone (bdsm, shifter, m/m/m). I absolutely adore all the books CC has written and it has nothing to do with friendship, I just think they are well written and at the end I'm left feeling all mushy and content. However I always cringe when CC writes about something that I avoid with all other authors (even my favorites) and I wonder if I should just skip them but I don't, I go ahead because a friend wrote it and I have to say I am never disappointed.
This one tested me more than the shifter books, more than bdsm, this one involved a relationship among three people and I really have a problem with books like that. This book was different though because it was done well. This book turned something that could have been all about sex and made it into more of a family (ha family series, I know I'm a genius for realizing that). I actually enjoyed this book, it made me laugh and it made me love the characters and it made me do my typical happy sigh that I do at the end of a CC book. I would definitely read it again.
I would recommend this book to others who usually avoid m/m/m, you might just be surprised.(less)

I don't think I've ever given an Andrew Grey book less than 4 stars but I guess there's a first time for everything. I think that this book is definitely worth reading but just be aware that it's not on the same level as Andrew Grey's other books. I felt a little disappointed to be honest. However, I have to say that Andrew Grey is one of my favorite authors so if you read this Mr. Grey, know that I am not criticizing this book, it just wasn't a favorite of mine. (less)

This book will leave you saying "aww!" with a big grin on your face, which I've found I do with pretty much any Cardeno book.
Normally what is in the spoiler would annoy me so much that I would either quit reading it for a while or would struggle through it all while rolling my eyes and wondering why I'm bothering to continue. However, Cardeno hasn't failed me yet so I gave this book a chance and I'm so glad I stuck with it. In the end I can say that even though this usually bothers me, for this book it worked and I can't even lower my rating because the book was so good.["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>(less)
