Skye's boyfriend Omar has got to be the craziest man I ever seen in a relationship. How the hell do you stalk your own girlfriend? Skye and all her friends are what I call true divas. I love the way they support each other through all the drama in their individual lives. Skye should have been happy that someone was crazy enough to take Omar off her hands.
Damisha was my all time favorite because she was stuck between two men who wanted to be with her but of course she had to fall for the playa instead of the good guy. I wanted so badly for Chris to man up and put Damisha in her place. After getting her heart broken a few times Damisha finally wised up and made an honest woman of herself for Chris. Coco was the ghetto diva who had drama come in her life from all angles. Not only did she have to deal with baby momma drama from her husband's Jerome crazy ex but she had to deal with her oldest son father's girlfriend drama as well. With a temper as bad as Coco there was bound to be some action. Coco's bad temper landed her with assault charges and she managed to escape doing jail time. Too bad Jasmine wasn't so lucky. Poor little Jasmine was in love with a pure dog that was sleeping with her sister on the low. Not only is that the ultimate betrayal but he had the never to propose marriage after doing so. Joy who is Jasmine sister was just as crazy as Yolanda and Omar. I never knew sex could be that good to make a woman stalk you and put her own sister out the house.
Jamyya to me was a goody two shoes with the perfect husband and kids until her mom moves in and messes everything up. Jamyya's mom was off the chain and when she got out of jail it made things in her life go from good to bad in a matter of minutes. Jamyya's husband hated her mom and so did her little sister. The rift between them at thanksgiving was the funniest scene in the book. This book was full of emotion. I laughed, cried and was even yelling at the characters a times. I felt like I really knew these people...more
