Sinners is a short read, straight to the point. The sex scenes were plentiful and a few, quite hot. I understand that this novel started out as a short story and perhaps, I think it might have been more effective as one as I think it would've packed a better punch that way.
I liked the present tense first person narrative, I'm a massive fan of present tense! Third person of first and think it's not played with enough in mainstream fiction which is a shame, things feel more immediate that way and it some cases I feel it can even make you connect with the character a lot better :)
My one big issue I think was the scene with the brother, Theo. It was all forgiven way too easily, and this was actually an act that to me, serves as non-consent. It felt very much brushed over and Tabitha's own reaction to it felt so lukewarm I couldn't believe it. It left me feeling uncomfortable and wondering what planet these people were living in. For the serious scene that the story dealt with, I felt like it should have been countered with a more serious tone by the story itself....more

Spinner by Ryssa Edwards What I thought: This was a nice little story, very sexy and I liked how everything felt very sober and hard. The softeness came through in the end and I loved the protagonist. I kind of wanted to give him a hug ♥ sweet, when I didn't expect it to be :)
Seedy Business by Damon Suede What I thought: Oh. This was so, so, wicked, in the true mischevious sense of the word you know? Loved reading this one and you'l be pleased to know that you can also read the sequel to this (which I did, in the wrong order lol). I loved finding out about Ox's brother. And this was erm, well, absolutely filthy hot and out there. Loved it!!! *_*
Moon Over Montana by Lydia Nyx What I thought: Shapeshifting cowboys? Wel yes please because it worked very very well in this short story and I loved it! I really felt for Cooper and understood his frustration. Nicely done :)
Plug and Engage by Valentina Heart What I thought: So, so, sexy. This is about two sex buddies who end up becoming more and neither of them even saw it coming. There's a little BDSM and a lot of naughty. Loved it all :D
You and a Billion Blue Tiles by Missy Welsh What I thought: So, so sweet and softly sexy. I really enjoyed this, a short coming out of story that just became something lasting. I loved the ending, I was all warm and happy. Just, a really nice read!

Color Me by Blaine D. Arden What I thought: Really enjoyed this story. Th3.5 stars (definitely enjoyed this one!)
The stories that I enjoyed the most :)
Color Me by Blaine D. Arden What I thought: Really enjoyed this story. The POV change worked for me in this and I liked the tiny touch of the paranormal. Nothing much, this is still a contemporary that deals with deafness and difficulties that might occur as a result of miscomunication. Enjoyed this.
Delivery with a Smile by Megan Derr What I thought: LOL! Yes, this was quite cute for something involving hitmen. Enjoyed this one and can I just say I adored Allen's mother? ♥
Super Sock Man by Amy Lane What I thought: Ahh, Amy Lane, as usual adored her work. This is a short, fun and naughty read. Enjoyed it very much - wouldn't be opposed to having another peek at the guys from this story again sometime in their future :D
Between Friends by Em Woods What I thought: A nice quick story about friends becoming lovers after a life or death situation. I enjoyed the action in the beginning :)
Another great book! And can I just say, it's so nice to just have short stories that I can just pick up and finish on my way to work. Loving this and starting on volume 3!...more

END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT by J.P. Barnaby What I thought: I did enjoy this, although the changes in POV kind of bothered me. But enjoyed the way author handled the prompt. The sex was bittersweet goodness.
MASOCHISM 101 by Kim Dare What I thought: Hot. I liked the angle on the story, the stage of their relationship when we entered it.
BRIDGES by M.J. O'Shea What I thought: From enemies to friends, sweet young romance. It was a lovely read, enjoyed it very much.
My overall opinion was that it was worth the read and didn't let me down and I'll re-read some of these fondly (including other stories not named in this review).
