The latest of the Dartmouth Cobra series has to be by far my favorite. Jami, Sebastian, and Luke learn to trust in each other and not just in some things but in all. Luke struggles to find out who he is. Jami learns to not be ashamed of what she wants. Sebastian faces his past and brings the three of them together. Although about the three you get to see more of the other characters from the previous books. I loved this series and look forward to reading more by Sommerland. I have found a new favorite author. I'm not gonna lie. After finishing the first book and reading the second book I didn't think that I was going to like Silver at all. She seemed so snobby and full of herself from the little bit that you get to see from the first. Surprisingly I ended up loving Silver. Let's not forget about Landon or Richter. Major swoon with them both. Landon has a side of BDSM that I have not read before. He uses electro play and is the Master at it. Turns it into an art. Sensual experience. Loved it! (less)
Weredragons and Vampires have been enemies for centuries. So after the weredragon and Enforcer Kiellen Henley had rescued the vampire being tortured it should be a job considered done right? Not. At. All. He is drawn to her and cannot comprehend why. Jaden, trying her best to recover and seek revenge, for some reason only finds safety in the weredragon's arms. A hot read that has plenty of action and a great story line as well. Daniels will keep you turning the pages to find out what happens with the conflicted lovers. (less)
Having always been controlled by her father, Oriana decides to get back at him so she can live her own life. She figures a little blackmail will do the trick. She starts out sleeping with five of the Cobras. She ends up having three Doms. This is a great introduction to the Cobras and the Doms that they are. Although it is definitely NOT for someone who can't take more than light BDSM. (less)
*Normally I don't write long reviews but I felt to do this book justice my review could not be surmised in just a few sentences.* Where to start..
First off I will start off by saying that I was asked to beta read and review this book by the author. Being honest my hopes were not high that I would like or enjoy the book. Needless to say I absolutely LOVED Soul Avenged. Keri packs you with a punch of all kinds of paranormals from Lycans and demons to ghouls and hellhounds. It's almost nonstop action and a few scenes that will steam up any window.
Ayden is one kick ass woman who has plenty of awesome “atta girl” moments. A total badass but without getting to the point of annoying. I absolutely loved her. Then you have Kane. I loved that even knowing what his future would look like still had time to pick on Ayden and make jokes. Ayden and Kane were great for each other.
The wrath brothers are an interesting bunch and I cannot wait to read more about them. Of them all I think I am half in love with Gavin. Grumpy as can be Logan has me biting my nails as to what is to come for him. Zeke annoyed me. His overconfidence was to the point of just plain vain. I cannot wait to see what is coming for him. I’m sure it will be a good.
Although not a light read, Sould Avenged was a great story and keeps you turning the pages. You get to experience a bunch of different POVs and see into what is going on with different characters. Keri keeps you on your toes and just when you think you know where the story is going to go, she throws you off the trail with a great plot twist. Her characters will make you laugh and piss you off.
This is one of the best paranormal reads I have read in a long time. I cannot wait to see the "shiny" finish Soul Avenged will have. And I anxiously await the second books release! :)
**As a side note if you look at Keri Lake's website she mentions that while writing this book she would listen to the song Shelter by The XX. I have been a fan of The XX and knew the song so I went to listen to it. I don't think there is a better way to describe Ayden and Kane. A truly great choice of song and band!!!
Loved it! I guess Seeking Pack Redemption has a taboo factor that most people do not like. But I didn't have a problem with it at all.

In Eve's books the Lycan kind have polyamory relationships. In book one and two of this series both heroines end up getting pregnant from one of her mates or another. Why is it not taboo then?
Seeking Pack Redemption had a great HEA for all characters involved and leaves you with a great cliff hanger, drooling over what will happen next. I am so happy for Jaxon and almost cried when they were complete once again. I wonder if we will be seeing more of Marc in the next one. Who is the mystery girl at the end...? I must know! Cannot wait to see what while happen next!(less)

I'm hoping in the next one he finds some she's-a-keeper-booty.
I'm sure this has been said countless of times but I will say it again...Bones and Cat are amazing together. For me they are my perfect "reading couple". The passion is there, they drag you into their romance, love, terror, heartache, happiness, and of course that damned over-protectiveness, and they won't let you go. They over come some amazing feats to say the least in this third book. (less)

Frost's writing had me completely immeresed from the first page on. And chapter 32....I advise not to be standing or walking when you get to this one. I'm pretty sure what I felt was my knees buckling from the hottness of it all!!!
I have to quote this page of the book though. I was laughing so hard my kids kept asking me what was so funny....I advise not to read on if you have not read this book yet..
On the contrary, she became a blur of cleaning motion, like Martha Stewart on crack cocaine. The car door slammed a moment later, and then the front door flung open. Bones glared at Annette with an expression so infuriated, I actually pitied her. "And that, Annette, is called Pilates," I said, giving an exaggerated stretch. "Very entertaining," she hastened to agree, turning blameless eyes to him. "Why Crispin, you're back early-"
