He gave people responsibility for their own lives and happiness. He didn't believe in going back into the past, but believed people should look to the future. A good part of this book is about Logo therapy. The first part of the book tells about people in concentration camps. Even though he was in four different camps, he focused on how others reacted to the camps. (less)
