I rarely read a book twice, but after reading Making Ideas Happen I knew that I would benefit from reading it on occasion, perhaps annually. The book is about "execution," or as the title makes clear, "making ideas happen." Similar to "Good to Great" the author has taken his findings from the most successful in their field and laid down common principles and practices that distinguish them. But these success stories are all creative professionals. And creative professionals are the primary audience for this book.
