It's an epic journey thru the lives of Lisbeth and Mikael as they come together to work on a case that touched both of them. Both of them are being on a side one might call unfavorable. The Murder case on a side and the violence against women on the other. Coming from an author who saw an abuse of a girl named Lisbeth (hence the violence against women theme) I can relate how the character Mikael is speaking the author's thoughts and regrets. Reading this book is only a stage that'll leave you questioning how can the human nature be so degenerated to a level "human" is just a label. One can't say enough about this particular novel cause you'll need to read in order to see for yourself.(less)
