Archangel Evolution did not disappoint, a prefect way to end this trilogy. Once again there is non-stop suspense and this time more action as Taylor begins to hone in on what she has become and what she is capable of. A true archangel stronger, faster and good of heart.
Each character plays a key role in stopping this war that was started for selfish reasons. And they played there parts nicely. Everything was written very well. Throughout this trilogy I was never confused; everything that was written made perfect sense and flowed nicely.
I was left thinking that there is a possibility for more books due to a few loose ends, David for instance or even Sam for that matter but I will let my imagination roam!

I first must say that I totally and completely LOVED this book!! It was far better than the first book. The characters truly have “evolved” is every way. There was no lack of suspense, humor or any lovey -doveyness. Every page I turned just made me never want to stop.
In the midst of the battle between Angel and Demon, Gabriel sees the errors he has made and goes against everything he’s been taught since childhood. And why do you think he did this? Because he feel in love! He gets captured and that’s where the fun beings. This book also let you see how much the relationship (of each of key character) has grown. i.e. Taylor and Gabriel, Sam and Chirs and I can’t forget the odd couple Kiren and Sampson!

I rather enjoyed the fact that the angels and demons were not based on religious/biblical aspects. Every character played a perfect role in the events that were presented. Talk about emotional rollercoaster!
Quick little summary: Taylor is a laid back non-attention seeker heading to her first semester of college. And while at college her world changes. She meets a gorgeous boy who comes in and sweeps her off her feet. Gabriel, who happens to be an angel and rather quickly becomes her boyfriend. Gabriel tells her about his heritage but everything he tells her are lies. That the angels want to protect the humans from the demons and that they need her help.
She not only falls for him but her for her. And even though she really cares for him deep down she senses something is off. All the lies Gabriel tells soon catch up with him and he doesn't know how to get out of the jam they are in.
There is way more to this story then what I have written and I highly recommend you give it chance.
Over all this was a very unique story and im glad I gave it a chance, now on to book 2!(less)

I loved how the story flowed and picked up right were it left off in book 1. The fight to save the world continues and Raquel is the key but she is still trying to find peace with herself and who she is. All the shadows unite and together fight against Cerelia. There are new characters presented and they were brought in perfectly. I don't want to say more without making this a spoiler. And the ending I will say was perfect because there are so many questions left unanswered and now I sit here wondering how long I'll have to wait for book 3! LOL(less)
I was given this book for free for an honest read and review.

Well I will say that I was not disappointed while reading this book I enjoyed it immensely. Raquel is a very interesting character being “unique” is quite an understatement! In being a hybrid she is in my opinion a perfect paranormal character, having parts of all the shadows (Vampire, witch etc.) in her blood. I love how her life basically is what any normal teenager goes through; being teased, being kept isolated and prejudice all because of ignorance.
She goes through a lot in life and has not come to terms with herself for “what” she is. She travels the world seeking someone that could be just like her and comes up short in her discovery. Upon returning home she finds out that there are several people in the different shadow communities around the world that have gone missing, including her sister. At first she is accused of being involved. Once they realize she had nothing to do with these incidents that have taken place she is asked to lead a group and help in the rescue. Raquel is a very insecure person and in her travels to find the missing shadows she little by little discovers herself and what she is capable of; her power, being a friend to other and others to her.
There was never a moment while reading this book that I felt I didn’t want to continue. I was always eager to get to the end and the ending was perfect because there is no way anyone wouldn’t want to read the second installment.

First of all let me say that I find that when an author throws in too many different POV's you lose perspective on what’s going on. The point they are trying to make especially when the POV's are so completely…different! And I did not get that impression with "The Moon Dwellers". In fact I thought it was written quite well. The characters, the creative world that David made was just remarkable. :D
What made me want to keep reading? I don't want to ruin the book for anyone so just in case! (view spoiler)[Though it may not be “love at first sight” kind of book, there is seriously something going on between Tristan and Adele. When they first set eyes on each other I was confused because really, just by looking at someone you get a headache. Hummm don’t know about that… But that right there is the reason I needed to keep reading. The mystery behind that one incident made me “all in”!
Adele is an amazing character, thrown in jail for no reason at all. The events that transpired in her life made her cold and resistant to anything good. She is an intelligent, sassy and strong young woman. She has so much love in her but up until the point where she meets Cole and Tawni nothing good has happened to her. And I mean so-so good lol because they had a long hard road ahead of themselves. A journey filled with uncertainty (Tristan), of death (Cole), of happiness (Tawni, El & her father) and fear (the journey itself). (hide spoiler)]
And now I’m on to book 2… ["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>["br"]>(less)

I must say for my first book of 2013 I was not disappointed. This book on many levels was refreshing. First, being written in Ethan’s perspective was different. There aren’t many love stories written this way and I felt invigorated. Now it wasn’t just that Ethan is a great guy someone any teen would die to meet and fall in love with, all the characters were well written. The story flowed nicely. The events between the past and the present kept me wanting to read more. And of course once you get started you need to know how it ends.

He has become a normal loving husband and father. The story itself wasn't bad but the writing wasn't great. The best part of this book was Christians point of view. If there was more of that maybe i would have liked it more.(less)
