I love the plot and loved the characters, Adin more than Legacy but I’m a female so that’s a given. I can’t wait to get my hands on the second book!
The characters were great. The love / puppy love scenes were great. Heck the overall descriptions of the scenes were great. In fact, I could clearly see the scenes. I could feel the butterflies, the overall feeling the two were having on their first date. It brought back memories of the way I felt on my first date. It felt like I was feeling them throughout their date.
However, readers be aware that there is a third wheel, a sort of a triangle love thing going on but not really, don’t want to give anything away. So, please don’t let the love triangle deter you from reading it. I don’t usually like the triangle thing but it worked out in this story really well, and can I really call it a love triangle? So why mention it? Because others might mention it and I wanted to express my view on this part/section of the story. I could feel the feelings, the bond she felt and the struggle she had but in the end I loved the mature decision she makes.
I recommend this story to all, but especially to those that like reading about Greek mythology. You will definitely love this story. If you like YA love stories than you will like this story, it fast paced and I didn’t find a dull moment. In fact I couldn’t put it down. It was a very sweet, innocent, coming of age, love story that is to be continued!
I received a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for my honest opinion and review.

Amazing series! Loved it, Loved it. The story line is exceptionally brilliant and if I could give it 10 starts I would. The uniqueness of the plot but the story overall was awesome. I was sad to see that I had turned the last electronic page. It was finished but I wanted more in fact it there could be more but it ended in a good spot with a very very good ending.
Lots of twists and turns, ups and downs and “wait…what”’s, a few “no it can’t”’s thrown in for good measure. I also slapped the forehead a couple of times.
Loved Lune threw out the series but this one had me chocking with unshed tears. Enchida was introduced in the pervious books in the series but the reader in this last book really got to see what she/he/it was really made of. A few new characters were introduced; the story sailed along pretty fast. What else can I say besides reading is believing and once finished with all three, all will agree it was and is an amazing series. I definitely recommend this to those who love YA Romance Paranormal Dark Fantasy stories.
Story takes place somewhere in Iceland where the gate of hell is supposed to be located. Cheyenne is the leader of a small expedition group that gets together once a year and travel to a location to locate some type of myth. Erias is over 2000 years turned by Persephone to be her guardian after he prayed to her to help his family and has been at her beck and call sin 950 BC. Erias has had several women during his life but not one has made him feel the way he feels with feisty Cheyenne. Loved the moments they have together although a little unrealistic in the beginning more like the second meeting with his lame excuse as to why he was in her room. I could picture the journey into hell, all the torched soals and the demons causing it. I loved the romance between the two and can’t wait to see what happens to Erias, Behr and Cheyenne. I recommend this book to those that enjoys a good romance novel with a little hand to hand action; rescue the damsel in distress sort of thing but this damsel is hard to break. Thank you Brandi for the copy of the eBook and the chance you allowed me to read your amazing story and write a review.
Poughkeepsie by Debra Anastasia, what a story!! I had so many feelings going on as I was reading this book, I feel in love with the story while I wasPoughkeepsie by Debra Anastasia, what a story!! I had so many feelings going on as I was reading this book, I feel in love with the story while I was crying, laughing or when I sighing and re-reading a page, not because it was confusing but because it was so powerful I had to read over my favorite sections over and over, and there were quite a few of them. In fact if I had the actual book, it would be full of post-its with my thoughts pasted everywhere and favorite pages noted. .
Who can not love Blake? When his eyes were described that was it for me I was well as a fish on a hook, it reeled me in and wouldn’t let me go until the painful end, which I didn’t want, but knew that it would eventually happen. I loved all the main characters, well most of them anyway. Livia was caring, sweet and innocent. Kyle was wild, crazy and what a mouth (she had me rolling the most with her quirky comments, monkeys and uteruses very funny!). Then theres Backett, Cole, Mouse and Erica who you can never forget characters like these.
The story POV is not totally of one individual but a mixture of all of them, so there’s a little bit of blood and sweet about each one of the characters when it’s there POV which is not very often. The stories may two characters is Blake and Livia and their POV. They go back and forth but it is easily recognizable who it is. I loved that the author gave a voice to Blake with is POV, saw why he was the way he was.
I want to thank Ms Debra Anastasia for the opportunity she gave me in allowing me to read and review her wonderful story. I fell in love with her writing style and will continue to look for more of her stories. I feel very lucky that I got to read this story; I will remember Blake for a very very long time. If you have not got it, I recommend this love story to everyone young and old, well not to young anyway.

Anyway the story reminded me of a sires I read a while back, loved it and so therefore I loved this story. It went pretty fast there were no drag moments; I found that if flowed well. There were some wows and no's I can't believe it, if she only stayed to hear him out. I kind of figured out the ending before the actual ending, I was just hopping that it was not true. And now the waiting begins, which is what I do not like, waiting for the next book to come out, which I will definitely be reading. I still can't figure out Cole, is he a good guy or a bad guy? ...more
