I have always been a fan of love triangle so when I sensed it's coming it piqued my interest more. I loved the characters Katie and Mitch. The plot was amazing and kept me on my toes all the time. I actually finished this book in 4 hours which is truly saying something for me.
The characters are completely believable. Stacey Jay has done wonderful job in writing this book. I laughed as well as cried while reading the book. There are very few books that really make you feel. This book was about second chances, hope, faith, love and magic. Both kinds of magic. Supernatural as well as the magic of love. (less)

There couldn't have been any other better title I guess because this book was all about him. Lothaire the meanest, the baddest, the most manipulative Vampire has many other eyebrow raising qualities. Yeah, there is more to him than meets the eyes. Every one has past and are shaped by them but Lothaire isn't merely shaped he is hammered into what he has become.
Ellie Pierce the mortal girl from Appalachia who lives in a trailer fights for soul when she gets possessed by the Vampire Goddess and Soul Reaper Saroya. Each time she resurfaces from the blackout she meets the worst nightmare. So when Lothaire saves her from the death row in prison and cages her in his house she stands up to him and tries to defy him.
The very unlikeliest of pairs have somehow to workout not only the great evil that follows Lothaire but also their attraction towards each other which grows day by day much to Lothaire's dismay.(less)

As soon as I started reading the book I found out I was wrong. The book gets more and more interesting as you go on reading it. The best part? It reminded me of one of my all time favourite reads " Vampire Academy ".
I couldn't help it. Alexa kept reminding me of Rose from the above mentioned series. Alexa is headstrong, blunt, rebellious and courageous. She fights for what she thinks is right and protects those whom she loves. She won't spare a second thought to give her life for saving her sister Nelly. Her immediate attraction to Kayden was suspicious at first. The side characters such as Daniel, Tommy and Nelly were fun too.
As for the concept of the story, its AMAZING!! I mean who doesn't like a good female Warrior? Then there is the super HOT Male lead. Add to the concept Different Kinds of Vampire races in the mix and lo and behold ! In short I loved the book and will be eagerly awaiting to read the next book in the series! (less)

Its pretty late here in India but I wanted you to know what I am thinking and what I have to say about this book.
I am very picky about the books I read. While choosing a book I like to think that it might be one of those books which I will read again and again. When I started reading the book I was just curious about Cooper, I hadn't given thought to Austen's character. Then as I came to know Katherine further in the book I realized that this book had major love triangle scenes coming. I am great fan of Love triangles because its tricky for the author to choose one over another.
Obviously then I realized that I loved both Austen's character and Cooper's character so I couldn't read further when I knew there is sad part coming when Katherine has to decide. So I took a half hour break and then realized I had to know what happens in the end. So here I am after finishing the book.
Let me tell you I have read very few books on soul mate concepts and then some on reincarnations and old souls. Now it may sound crazy but I believe them to be true, So I like reading books about them. This book was like a chocolate to a chocolate addict for me. I loved the book. I felt I was one with the characters. I laughed and cried with them as they went through the good parts and the not so good I mean sad parts.
The icing to the cake was the perfect ending of the book. There could not have been a more perfect ending than the one you provided with. Normally I don't regret bad endings if the book is good. Good endings though are much more satisfying for me. I am more than satisfied with how you ended the book.
I am dying to read what you have got next in mind for this series.Absolutely loved the book!!(less)

So when her Mom asks her to bring the Car to Connecticut she is thrown for a loop. Because driving her there would be her mother's friend's son Roger. Suddenly the trip seems lot more complicated because Amy isn't very comfortable at talking especially to a cute guy whom she will be riding along with in a car for four days. Not to mention that her mother has already mapped everything out for her. Leaving no room for her to step out of this. But maybe just maybe if she could take a little detour this trip would feel a lot better and who would know? Not her mother if she can help it. So Amy and Roger take a different route to Connecticut from what Amy's mother had planned. So will this little detour free Amy of her problems from which she is running away or will it make her face what she grieves the most?

Now, seven years later, Megan's army doctor parents are shipping off to Korea and Megan is being sent to live with the little monsters, who are older now and quite different than she remembered them. Living in a house with seven boys will give Megan, who has never even been kissed, the perfect opportunity to learn everything there is to know about boys. And she'll send all her notes to her best friend, Tracy, in...
Megan Meade's Guide to the McGowan Boys
Observation #1: Being an army brat sucks. Except that this is definitely a better alternative to moving to Korea.
Observation #2: Forget evil, laughing, little monsters. These guys have been touched by the Abercrombie gods. They are a blur of toned, suntanned perfection.
Observation #3: I need a lock on my door. STAT.
Observation #4: Three words: six-pack abs.
Observation #5: Do not even get me started on the state of the bathroom. I'm thinking of calling in a hazmat team. Seriously.
Observation #6: These boys know how to make enemies. Big time.
Megan Meade will have to juggle a new school, a new family, a new crush -- on the boy next door, as in next bedroom door -- and a new life. Will she survive the McGowan boys?
My Say: Megan Meade is a believable character so are the boys especially Finn, Evan and Doug. It is well written by Kate Brian. It was light and a fun read. I'd say this book is a keeper. The book is filled with Drama, Comedy, Romance, some Bitchy Teen Villain and some Brother-hits-another-brother this book is complete awesomeness.(less)

When I had picked this book I was doubtful that I would read it. After randomly picking this book from my shelf I sat on my bed to read. I am not really speechless but very close to it. Maybe that has got to do something with the ending, because I am a fan of Happy Endings and if it had ended a bit sad I would have rated it like four stars. The concept and plot are just perfect. The way both the characters flow are amazing. I hardly believe someone can bond or fall in love with someone in just a few hours but this book made me think that maybe it just happens whether in hours or in days or in years. The book is fast paced and will keep all you readers on your toes until the very end. Cade and Amber meet and then suddenly they are spending the day together. Both of them are running from the decisions that have been taken for them leaving them no choice to do what they are told. Angry, sad, in pain they both decided to spend the time alone but Chance had them meet and then they are doing things that will make them feel happy. As happy you can be while keeping memories of past out of your mind. Will the strangers who happen to have so much in common help each other face their fears and do the right thing? (less)
