Baking is her salvation, and she turns off to Chicago, there she is meeting with TV producers, and it’s possible to sign a contract for a television show. Dylan is a womanizer. He is picking up a woman has sex with her and moves on. He doesn’t want to commit, and it’s perfectly fine with it. The life is great for both of them until they meet on the plane going to Chicago. She is there for work he is living there. Then something goes upside down maybe not so down, but their lives will never be the same. This is the first book that I’ve read by Louise Bay, and I am impressed. I like every single word. In the first place I thought “What is it?” but then was just “Wow! This is good!” and continued until the end. The whole book spiced with erotic scenes, so “yes” it is adult read not under the eighteen. Enjoying in those scenes I’ve put this book down, it’s not just those scenes like I said its book filled with romance, shivers and drama here and there. Main characters are very well described. There are descriptions of their thoughts, doubts and their psychological and physical state. Beth is alcoholic, but she is sober three years. She is struggling to stay in that state, but she must give up from things which hurt her in the past and keep dry. She never felt a sober intimacy with someone. Dylan was hurt in the past but he is such a strong and desirable man. I felt in love with him. He is vigorous and dirty talking man; he could break every woman heart, but he is also careful and sweet. I recommend this book for everyone who wants to read light and steamy book with dirty talking and wet descriptions.

Livy is ordinary twenty and something girl. She wants to be jewelry designer since she graduates it, but she is unemployed, and lives in her parents’ house. Livy’s world crashed up when she caught her boyfriend cheating her since then she doesn’t trust men. Every day she plays trivia games with one man.
Landy is a famous hockey player well known for hooking up with a beautiful woman, no dating just hooking up. He is a dream that every woman could want to have, handsome, athletics, flirty that kind of man that Livy should stay away. Could she get away from him?
I enjoy in every single word which Aven Elis writes, this book isn’t exception from that- I love this book!
This book filled with a romantic atmosphere which brings me shiver down my spine and giggle many times as lunatic in the middle of the night. I especially like and giggle on the “computer sex” part LOL that was hilarious. I’m still laughing.
I love how Elis writes and how she brings things from one point to another, from one level to higher level. It makes me think that her book is like knitwear one knit, and another leads to perfection.
The characters are wonderful starting with knowing each other and big sweet romance growing slowly between them. Livy’s sweetness is unbelievable good, and Landon is irresistible and smart. The battle in Livy’s head about him is cute and entertaining. I like how the story between them goes and makes me read till the end.
I recommend this book to everyone who likes well written a romantic story which hooks you up till the end, but when the end comes you will stay with sigh still holding the book or you Kindle in your hand wanting more.

She lives her dream engaged soon to be married to handsome ex-magician Jack. She brings back from dead her father mighty wizard. When she thinks that everything is happy ever after suddenly something happened and all secrets from the past hunting her, but she is not aware of it.
I don’t read the first book of this series and I only can imagine how wonderful it’s when Ivie finds out that she is a sorcerer. I totally enjoy this book couldn’t put it down until the end. The end is unexpected, and I can hardly wait to read the third book and see how Ivie will manage the situation and finally finds her happy ever after.
The plot is captivating and entertaining with a twist and turns in the easy and funny way. I must admit that this is the first book from this author that I read and is a real revelation for me. I usually don’t read paranormal books, but this is one of those books that I enjoy. The characters are so genuine and exciting it easy to imagine them and feel nothing but empathy reading about them. Ivie’s paranormal ability doesn’t bother me at all, but it was interesting for a change to read about them. The entire book is from the Ivie’s point of view.
Ivie is very smart, so sweet and thoughtful that makes me think that she is a little bit naïve. I enjoy when she uses magic and gets a red hair. Her relationship with Jack is fantastic; there was part of the book that I was little suspicious about him, but I right away change my mind.
Jack is a thoughtful, kind, decent man and handsome. The author doesn’t describe his appearance (I suppose she did in the first book) but from Ivie’s remarks for him, everything is evident that he is adorable.
I recommend this book to everyone who enjoy in good and easy reads....more

While Pimple her business partner is on a trip in the USA Cathy is dealing with lost pets and cats on trees rescue. There are rumors that some drugs dealers hung around the school where her children go. Rosa, her best friend, calls her and gives her assignment, but all that call is wrapped in mystery: as I will call you –you just wait and don’t call me back. Knowing Cathy, she doesn’t just wait she investigates. One no ordinary woman comes to Cathy and asks her to find her lost dog which is established later as the very strange case. There is an unsolved murder and of course Cathy doesn’t stay still she investigates. It’s quite adventure reading about my favorite character Cathy. Cathy is hilarious, brave and persistent even stubborn person and you will like her because she will make you laugh, cry and make you believe in better life, in goodness in people and general in the magic of life. Cathy is a wife, a mother, best friend, good neighbor, a savior, people with good will. She was a housewife, and then she run advertising agency with her best friend Rosa and now in this third book of this series, she is co-owner of a company with an ex-cleaner pimple. If I continue to tell you about Cathy and her adventure I will repeat myself, and I will be boring so that you could read my previous reviews: Looking for La La, Can You Catch a Creeper and A Million Dollars Question and you will have the a whole picture about Cathy and her life. I’m telling you that I enjoy in this book as I enjoy in previous books of this series, but this one is my favorite of all four books. I recommend this book to everyone who likes mystery, female main character, who is strong, funny and likable. ...more

Everything seems good between Ben and Brook’s friendship until Ben finds Pamela, a perfect woman, beautiful, blonde with a career. Brook thinks that Pamela is everything that she isn’t. While Ben and Pamela are on the weekend and while Ben working Brook is here to care about Jake. There is Stu Brook’s brother and Sasha her best friend still together, but Sasha is hiding something and Brook want to discover what is it. Michele, Brook’s ex-fiancée, is back, and everything gets complicated. This is the third installment of this series; the first one is The Breakup Doctor, second one Bedside Manners. I love this series because of the author’s style and narrative tone. While I read all three books, I have felt that I read my best friend’s diaries or like I listen how my friend tells me her story. The story is so real and pleasantly told that you don’t have to feel that you read and is easy to connect with characters. Brook is well known as breakup doctor she helps people to continue with their lives after a breakup. But she is in a similar situation, Sasha her best friend has her problems who will help her to get through this. I enjoy reading about Brook like I told you before I feel like I know her very well. She is the bright person who knows how to deal with every kind of situation. Her parents are back together, and I love to read about their dinners or conversations, I like to read about when the family is together because recently I lost my mom (RIP, mommy) and I miss that feeling. Sasha and Stu are so cute together, and it’s pleasant to read where their relationship goes, their doubts and little issues, especially I like Brook’s intentions to help Sasha to deal with her issue that was hilarious. I recommend this book to chick lit lovers and to everyone who wants to read well written romantic comedy about love, breakups, family, and friendships. ...more

Katie is struggling between her dream job, make people happy with every bite they taste her sweet cupcakes and cakes and her love life with Steve. Could she resist in the business or she will quit under the pressure?
Adam manages how to be a parent to Lilly and precious grandchildren to his grandma Grace. One day he runs in one small bakery, and the owner saves his life with one pink shirt and one Christmas cake. Is it means that he will make her grandma happy and bring some woman home soon or not?
This book takes my whole attention from the very beginning until the end. I enjoy in every single page I’ve turned.
The story is unique and told from every character who I met there. Everyone: Katie, Adam, Grace even Steve says their part of the story in the first person. Which is mean unique, isn’t it? I like when the story is told in the first person it means more intimacy for me, seems like I knew the main characters. The story goes without any distractions or interruptions fluently till the end. I like how the author describes all situations with the characters and their interactions and every one of them tells the story from their angle.
Katie is the sweetest woman that I recently met in the fiction world. I like how she helps to the people, without hesitation and despite she knows that she is right about something she torture herself and blame herself not the other person. I was mad reading about her position in few situations at the beginning of the book.
Adam is a great man, a good father and he was a good husband too, but to the wrong person. He gives everything that is in his power to raise his daughter and to make his old grandmother happy. I like his point of view, and I like him so much.
Grace is a good old lady with a lot of losses in her life but still stand bravely till the end for her grandson Adam and her grand granddaughter Lilly.
Steve is a story for his self, I won’t waste time to describe him, and just I will tell that I don’t like him at all. Even I hate him like a character still the author makes me read his point of view and enjoy the whole book at all.
I recommend this book for romance lovers because it is sweet and enjoyable from the beginning until the end.

They not just live together, but share the same thought about dating that is better be single than dating with some jerks. Catherine own online dating agency with her ex, who informs her that he will getting merry with his twenty and something girlfriend Magda and he ask her to be good with that. Sarah has to care about her sister with Down’s syndrome. Rachel is an architect and she is the concurrent to her ex-boyfriend with whom she works in the same company.
I like how the story in this book flowing, first three chapters are the introduction of the characters without going deeper in the story. Each of the three main characters tells the story of their point of view. Then how the story goes deeper my interest starts to rise on maximum level. I usually don’t like the books written in the third person, but here I find the most interesting story telling, in light, funny way and again I’m confirming that Michele Gorman is one of my favorite authors. I like that the story is told by three mains characters and we have three points of view very well fit in the narrative tone and whole my picture of this book.
The culmination starts when Catherine asks her girlfriends and roommates Sarah and Rachel to join her dating site. The purpose of that dating side is everyone to get one of her/his exes and talk about her/him, about her/his flaws and virtues.
The characters are a modern young woman who balancing between their careers, household, and their love lives. Catharine, Sarah, and Rachel are reflections of the London’s young woman. They are perfect examples for the young woman all around the world.
I highly recommend this book to the chick lit lovers, to everyone who wants light, amusing and engaging books.

She can’t move from the theatre after she saw that her favorite character Spartan from Starveil movies dies. With little help from her best friend Xander she goes back home, but she doesn’t looks or feels right, she is mourning. Spartan is everything to her not just fictional character. Liv decides that the best she could do is to try bring back Spartan alive. She tries that with help of Xander. This book makes me believe in the power of the social media and how powerful could be one person when her world is apart and she is determinate to bring that world back. The story is in the modern world where internet and the social media rules. I really can’t imagine the world without internet. It is about Liv, young girl which is fan of Starveil movie. Everyone could understand Liv because we all are fan of some movie or book. But Liv is more than fan, she lives for that movie. I like how the story goes and I like because I learn great things about cons and fandom, which I didn’t know. I enjoy reading the story because the author’s writing brings the story so vivid and real and captivating. Live is more than great character to me, she is so good developed and well described by the author that I feel like I had her near me. I like how she acts and I understand her sorrow about losing Spartan- the movie character. I like that she is modest girl and that she is withdrawn she reminds me how I was in the past. Then I love how she goes straight on her feet to bring back her favorite character of the dead. Xander is favorite character to me because he is little bit mysterious in his feelings that give him specialty and charm. He is good friend and supportive with Liv even when he thinks that she is not reasonable. Without him the book will be hollow. I recommend this book to YA fans and to everyone who likes the good story about passion, fandom and friendships. ...more

When she meets Adrian hKeegan Hughes is young woman who doesn’t want to act like other people expect. She is independent, strong and sarcastic woman. When she meets Adrian her world start to gets different dimension. His strong will, perseverance and actions make her request all the things that she believes that are sacred to her. Maybe in the other circumstances she will easily avoid him, but he lives next door in a duplex, which they shared with, so it’s hard to avoid someone when they practically live together.
The story in this book is about love, lost and fights about things that matter. The story is told by both of the main characters Keegan and Adrian in first person. The author decides that Keegan has to say more than Adrian, so Adrian speaks in the moments that the story needs more explanation that Keegan can’t provides. Reading Adrian’s thoughts help me to understand his behavior and his side of the story. The story is so interesting to me that I don’t want to finish the book. I was delaying to read the end a few times, but I couldn’t stand anymore and read it. Now I’m looking forward to read Deanne Eshler’s next book.
Reading this book I realize that the author was perfectly describes the psychological state of her main characters, every their conversation are followed with description how they feel or what they think, which is great to know them better. Now when I think about the characters I feel strong connection with them, I laugh on their waggery and I think about them as real, living persons.
Keegan is strong, independent woman in her twenties. She experienced so much in her life; mostly bad things which make her to be very unpleasant sometimes when she doesn’t wants interact with people. Most of the time she is great person, good and supportive friend. All those things make me to like her very much. She is my heroine.
Adrian from now on is my first book boyfriend. He is adorable, careful and strong. He knows what he wants and takes it one or another way. I laugh out loud how he manage to makes Keegan does what he want and brings her in the scene where they are in the center of attention and it’s really effective way. The life isn’t being so good with him too.
I recommend this book to people who like good book with amazing story and amazing and entertaining characters....more
