A WREATH OF LUCK: What I liked: the one rescued stone. What I did not like: no substantial stone history or details i.e, who did he collect the stones from? How many stones were in the wreath? What stones were in the wreath?
WRIT OF EXCEPTION: What I liked/did not like: There was "nothing" interesting about the storyline. A whiner; a no brainer and a man with a stick. Marriage between WHO !?!?!? A Writ for WHO!?!?!? Stones in each wedding ring representing the brides family names.
VIRTUE AND THE ARCHANGEL: What I liked: At least the reader knows the history behind this stone. What I did not like: Pouting spoiled brat.
3.5 stars In each case, except for the last story, the origination and "history" behind the stones was vague. Nothing to sink my fictional appetite into as each storyline lacked meatier weight and substance....more

GENRE: Western Romance; Historical; Fiction
SETTING: town of Sage River
CENTRAL FEMALE CHARACTER: LIZZY TANNER – a practical joker sent to Carnegie’s Bride School
CENTRAL MALE CHARACTER: JAKE MONTGOMERY - owner of a textile business
SYNOPSIS: She can get a blindfolded boy to kiss a calf rather than herself. She will never kiss any male unless he will someday be her husband.
WHAT I LIKED: His one track mind on pursuing.
WHAT I DID NOT LIKE: Storyline not really clear about her family background.
OVERALL RATING: (4) stars because this storyline had the makings of an awesome book but was too short. Could it be because I did not read book (1) first? Naw, because this is Lizzy’s story.
SENSUALITY RATING: Tired of Romance? Want to take a break away from Romance? This is a great Sci-fi even for ADULTS but "without" Romance.

SETTING: the world of Solendrea
CENTRAL FEMALE CHARACTER: TIADARIA - daughter of clan chief in the Frozen Frontier; a cry baby; possesses an unknown power.
CENTRAL MALE CHARACTER: ROYCE - former Knight of the Flame and Sergeant-at-Arms to the King; highest decorated soldier in the Imperium; last Swordmage: now Constable of a village.
SYNOPSIS: Sold into slavery by her father, Tiadaria finds her head on the chopping block but is bought by the only person that can commute her sentence. Royce, the Constable of the village, recognizes a power within her.
WHAT I LIKED: The forging of a powerful relationship by way of respect and caring.
WHAT I DID NOT LIKE: She is a cry baby. Okay, I cried as I read some parts of the book but not like her. Oh my goodness.
OVERALL RATING: (5) stars because a great sci-fi adventure written to touch the heart....more
CENTRAL FEMALE CHARACTER: ROXANNE – Vampire hunter, intelligent, secretive
CENTRAL MALE CHARACTER: LEO aka GABRIEL – Member of the Genteel, man appreciative of women, not a believer in the supernatural, rich, secret benefactor.
SYNOPSIS: Roxanne arrives immediately after Leo is bitten. Rather than go after the vampire, she renders aid to his bite. Leo wakes up and has no idea why this woman is in his home. His valet is acting very weird and shows complete interest in his bite.
WHAT I LIKED: I can appreciate the author’s talent as a writer regardless of her writing style. Does that make sense?
WHAT I DID NOT LIKE: Rosemary and Cinnamon. Cinnamon and Rosemary. AND Rosemary and Cinnamon. So many environmental details.
OVERALL RATING: (2) stars because story-line dry and boring due to continuous descriptions of surroundings rather than interaction between characters. ...more

GENRE: Romance, Erotica
SETTING: modern day New York City
CENTRAL FEMALE CHARACTER: MEADOW – architect’s secretary, a women invisible to her boss, does not understand the depths of her beauty, innocent as in she is really slow to get “any” point made.
CENTRAL MALE CHARACTER: RIVER – male escort, arrogant, persistent, at times angry with a woman walking around with blinders on and yet feels a pull to her.
SYNOPSIS: Meadow is hooked on her boss; a man she cannot live without. River’s job is to escort her into the world of getting this man’s attention.
WHAT I LIKED: Nothing like a male escort to teach a woman how to dress for success. Love the main characters names. Hilarious: the date from “hell”.
WHAT I DID NOT LIKE: “P _ _ _ Y” and “D _ _ K” cheapen any story-line and the word “GOD” belongs nowhere in erotica.
OVERALL RATING: (4) stars because I really love the story. I felt I made a commitment to the author to read and review the series however, I’m finished with “hot, sizzling” erotica. DONE !!!
**MESSAGE** I have a very close relative that is similar to River’s sister Sarah. My relative fell into alcoholism and lost direction for almost the same reasons as Sarah. This person was sent away to college with God given talents in all areas of the Arts and returned a broken-hearted, no degree alcoholic. This person was introduced to alcohol and partying via a choice to live intimately with a friend. Some people are more susceptible to drugs and alcohol than others. While I KNOW that God and erotica DO NOT MIX, I will ask the readers to please pray for my relative and many others in the same situation. Thank you.
