This small book of wisdom is written to inspire and motivate yourself and others. It´s very interesting with a lot of unique quotes from celebrities and famous authors.
There are 30 quotes in this book and they are meant to read each day one single quote, then you have to reflect on the quote and finally try to adapt it into your life. The author finds that at the end of 30 days you would be a changed person for the better and you may find yourself more peaceful and happy. The quotations selected by the editor are well organized, well chosen and explained but I personally don´t agree with every explanation .
Some of my favorite quotes are: "Whether you think you can or you think you can´t, you´re right."- Henry Ford
"Winners never quit and quitters never win."-Vince Lombardi
"Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life."-Confucius
"When I do good, I feel good. When I do bad, I feel Bad. That´s my religion."- Abraham Lincoln
This is great reading for those who live a busy life and don’t have enough time. The book's size makes it easy to read while drinking a morning coffee, in the bathroom, while waiting for your doctor, waiting for a bus, or enjoying some private moments before bed. I definitely recommend it!(less)

Archerly is first book/novella for the Summerhouse Series. The main protagonist is Amiira, independent young woman who must deal with the emotional fallout of an affair with a married senior at her consultancy firm. To deal with her high pressure job and relationship troubles, she takes up residence at a summerhouse nearby, as a home away from home, and there she meets her housemates. She has an immediate attraction to a cocky, intelligent and mysterious Kian and so the story goes...
I like deep and serious books with a message but sometimes I just can’t help but crave for light, sweet but passionate, kind of “fairytale-sh” romance read and this was just what I needed these rainy and sad days. It was a simple yet such an enjoyable read, so sweet, filled with romantic tension. I'm not that into romance novels but this had enough action in them to get me through it, and guess what? The characters were grown ups! YaY!
This is my first book (but not the last) by this author and I enjoyed it so much! I have just one objections: it´s too short and it leaves you craving for more. I would love to read whole Summerhouse series bundled into one book. This fun, flirty, summer love stories will fit just fine into your busy life or get you ready for the holiday spirit.

I really enjoyed it, but I'm not overcome with emotion or anything. It's quite long and slowpaced book. Most of the time I spent waiting for something to happen, but all the action was in the last hundred pages. After Shadow & Bone I was hoping for more, but never the less the conflict in Siege and Storm is extremely engaging. My favorite character of this book, and of the series is Sturmhond a.k.a. privateer or grand duke Nikolai. The golden-eyed twins, Tamar and Tolya are also new favorites of mine. Alina is fantastic heroine, and Mal...hmmm I should probably talk about him too, but I´m so conflicted by him. The Darkling's role isn't nearly as big this time around as it was in the first book, but his presence is always felt. My favorite villain Darkling in this book turned into a seductive kind of Voldemort. I need more of him in the next book.(less)
