This obviouslly shows how much I loved reading this book as it is really very great. From the very first page all the way to the end of the book each part and every part was interesting not at all boring.
All the characters were appealing I even liked the evil 'Monica Morrel'. Claire, the main character, is just wonderful. I totally love her. I like how she's into studying, how she cares a great deal about others and that shes a positive character. Her 'roommates' or rather 'housemates' are all great too. Micheal and Shane are simply down to earth hotties. Micheal is more of the serious one as he is the oldest and the house they're living in belongs to him. Shane loves his video games and chilli and he's very flirty. I adore Eve especially her style of clothing is just fab.
Claire and Shane are perfect for each other. To be honest, I really didn't expect them to get together. I always thought it would have been Micheal and Claire but Claire and Shane suit better, obviously!
The way Rachel Caine flowed the events of this book is amazing. It always keeps you guessing and that's what I love the best. However,I just really hate how at the end of the book, its not an ending but a spinoff so the ending carry's on to the next book. I find that really fustrating! Now, you have to wait for the next book. And, hear me now when I say the ending to this book is just alarming. I actually screamed.
I don't want to give anything else away. Find out yourself. I assure you, this is a book worth reading. :)...more

As always, Caine was preformed her magic and made all the events in the book completely memorable. There are times that are funny and I just have to laugh otu loud. Action is displayed as always making the book more thrilling and enjoyable to read.
Through each book the characters grow on my more and more. I love Shane and Clare. Although, Shane was a bit of a jerk at times in this book he came together at the end being the nice guy he is. Clare has signed an agreement with Amelia that lead to the introduction of Myrin, a new charactar.
Myrin. Mad scientist. You cannot get me started. He's just really freakishly werid. But a great character. He is what the book needed for that little bit of an edge bringing insanity, confussion and vulnerability. I have to admit, he did seem scary at first.
Micheal becomes 'different'.I can seem to decide whether it's good or bad. Maybe a bit of both. It'll be nice to see the badboy side of him now.
It's really hard not to give away any spoliers! Caine writes to perfection as The Morganville series really are all pieces of magic. You need them on your shelf! ...Feast of Fools follows! ...more

The story left off from where Bishop, Amelie's father arrives. More secrets are revealed. We find out what Bishop's real motive is and what he truly wants. Bishop's character being dark and sinister is very unnerving yet exciting to read about.
With each book Clare has definitely grown more and more. She's become more responsible and mature and that’s one of the main reasons I love her- Especially since she's still working for Amelie giving her a whole deal of work to do. It's so annoying though! How long is she going to work for her... I really do not like the whole idea of that. Amelie is okay and all but she's still one mean vampire.
Shane's 'problems' with Michael are much exciting. I love reading about them they have a lot to figure about and deal with and it's nice to see how they’re going day by day. Obviously, Shane's being a total jerk about the whole thing and Michael is well Michael. He's doing his best and well they'll be okay at the end. Just love those guys!
Cain has presented yet another thrilling reading with plenty of action and suspense. A fast paced and enthralling read. What's there not to love? Can't wait to read Lord of Misrule! ...more

When I started reading this book however, I never got the same action and thrill as the other books. It was a bit slow paced for me.
BUT, as I explored more of Cain's story, I got into whatever was happening. Everything comes crashing down as the war between Amelie and Bishop continued. Basically, out of control! There was a vast amount of action in the book maknig me want to read more and more.
As always, some kind of romance is shown. Claire's and Shane's moments are the moments you can't wait for. I love it and especially since Shane's sweet side is revealed even more.
I am definetly continuing with this series and the ending... I was in shock! I did not see it coming... I need to read Carpe Corpus!...more

It just gets even better book by book. Cain does a great job of continuing the action and giving us unexpected events.
In this book, everything is really going on fast. It is totally fast paced. Also, Bishop plays his final move as the residents of Morganville hurry to take their stand. I cannot stand Bishop. He is so evil! But, Claire however, becomes a pawn in Amelie's and Bishop's game. I feel sorry for Claire she's stuck right in the middle not knowing how to play the game.
Claire and Shane. What can I say except... Finally! Their relationship definetly got stronger now! I love all their moments. Shane is just awesome as always and I love how he loves Claire as much as she loves him. Although, he never seems to admit it :(
I have always had mixed thoughts on Myrin. Sometimes he's bad and sometimes he's good. But, I love he's character and all his funny comments! He gives everything a touch of sarcasm and sometimes, it can be funny :)
All in all, another fantastic book. As always. I'm eagerly awaiting for the release of the next book- Fade out! ...more

I LOVED The Dead Girls’ Dance- obviously.
I was so incredibly relieved when I found out Michael wasn’t dead. Seriously, I was over the moon! I actually thought he died. It was nice seeing him and Eve bonding. So very cute!
I really hate Shane’s father, Frank. I mean he hates vampires because a vampire killed his wife. Yeah I get that. But it doesn’t mean he should go killing Michael (who by the way is totally innocent) and go hunting every damn vampire in Morganville. Come on!
Now Claire, Shane, Michael and Eve are in danger. Shane also got hit by Frank. I felt so sorry for him. The way Rachel Caine described his hits was unbearable.
The one thing I didn’t like about Dead Girl’s Dance was how Claire acted. She was told to stay in the house because she can get killed. But does she listen? No. Instead she insists on going college as she has to study. Claire is intelligent. Doesn’t act it as much in this book though. I still love her. :)...more

Rose is like an action girl. Ready for anything. She loves her best friend Lissa and they share a strong bond. Lissa is a princess and Rose is acting as her guardian.
Because they both ran away from school, they were on the run and well you can guess they got caught and her forced to head back.
Come on, they had to right and it's good they did anyways or Rose and Dimitri would not have met. Dimitri is Roses's mentor. Because she missed two years of training she had to fill them in... with ONE ON ONE lessons with Dimitri. Those lessons were like the best! The chemistry between them was way overboard. Dimitri didn't want to do anything as he's 7 years older than her and her mentor. But no need to fret! They do kiss! LOL. Rose and Dimitri are the perfect couple. I LOVE them!
What I hate: Dimitri! Noooo not Dimitri! No waaaaaay! I just hate how he denies his love for Rose when it so totally obvious. :( My most favourite quote of this book is when Dimitri says somthing to Rose and it's just sooooooooo sweet! Dimitri Says: "No. If I let myself love you, I won't throw myself in front of her. I'll throw myself in front of you."
As a whole, the book is incredibly gripping and this series is one of my favourites. Richelle Mead writes like a dream so this book is a MUST READ!...more

I loved every minute of it. It was just that awesome.
Rose is a true heroine. At first her attitude was very snarky but as the book went on Rose’s character developed making her a completely different girl. She turned out to be more serious and real bad ass. With her training, it finally paid off as she faced off some of her own troubles, battling evil whilst bravely protecting her friends.
More action and suspense was enclosed in the plot. It was much more fast paced and downright enthralling. Probably because of all the Strigoi. They played a big part in destruction and anticipation. It was frustrating yet great reading more about them.
Though, nothing is better than reading about Dimitri. So down to earth, caring and hot I simply LOVE him! Obviously, Rose does too but they have their share of problems. Like, come on already! Oh and that’s where Adrian comes in. Yeah. I don’t really like him.
This was one heck of a rollercoaster. Seriously, I just really loved it. Oh and I really love Mason. He is so not going forgotten. OK! Cannot wait to read Shadow Kiss :D ...more

Full of light and brimming with power, this book will leave you breathless. And, as you can see I loved this book! Really epic stuff!
I love Rose and her kick ass character. I'll say she's one of the reasons why I love this series so much! Like always, she encounters many more challenges. With not being able to be the guardian she wants to be, a ruthless court trial, seeing things that no one would believe and facing the Strigoi once again... Shadow Kiss cannot possibly get more exhilarating.
Well, it can if we consider Dimitri. Can things get more hotter? I really love all the Rose and Dimitri scenes. They're perfect for one and other but as always something has to come in its way.
The ending is simply breathtaking and very much astonishing. Mead leaves us with an enormous cliffhanger making it even more anticipating yet pretty much fascinating. I can't begin to explain how awesome this series is. I am loving it even more as I read on the books. Get this series and expect to be blown away. ...more

This is a fantastic start to a triology. I absolutely LOVED reading this. I am just amazed by her writing it's just fab fab fab. And that is no exageration. It is amazing.
The summary pretty much says it all. With that killer plot it has to be entrawling and yes in real life brain translanting is not possible (well at least that's what I've heard) but Cabot has given us possiblilites and situations that girls would love to be in. Or would they? After reading this books your views may just change!
There is definetly humour and how can there not be? Meg Cabot is just the queen of humour... and with humour there's love onbiously. Thats what I just love! Christopher! My heart just bleeds for him. so many exciting events happen.

I loved it when Christopher found out Nikki was really Em. That was most definetly my favourite part. It was such a big relief! I couldn't stand seeing him so upset like over Em's death when she was really alive. He's just a amazing and great guy. They really do deserve each other!
I totally adore LuLu and Frida. Their characters are so funny and full of life so I love reading about them. They add humour to the book making it more enjoyable and great to read. Both of them fuss over such little things and are really bubbly and exciting.
When I read the ending of the book I was astonished. The look on Christophers face when Em said she didn't love him but Brandon was soooooooo sad! I can't believe she did that to him. A gripping read. Obviously. I am in love with Meg Cabot's books :) ...more
