What Mitch does not expect is that the girl who he last met when she was 12, and he was 19 has grown up to become a sensual stunning woman with a bit of a temper who has no quams about telling him no, quite often.
Divorced mom, Greta Mason remembers Mitch fondly. Having been through the marriage from hell, Greta has no intentions of letting another man step in and tell her what to do. Mitch quickly realizes he has underestimated Greta, but he also sees that there are layers to Greta that he would like to explore that has nothing to do with the hotel, and everything to do with Greta.
Fun read, have not read a book before with a surfer which was wicked fun.(less)

Checking in with a camp that is near and dear to his heart, he finds himself not only sparring with the intriguing camp nurse Molly, but for the first time in a long time not having an enamored fan in front of him who is unwilling to back down and tell him what she really thinks.
Molly knows all about Zander, a huge Nascar fan herself. What she sees up close and personal is stunning, but his attitude sucks. When he asks her out, she eagerly declines but Zander won't take no for an answer and Molly's world is turned upside down when the press gets wind of a possible romance between the two.
I liked a lot of things about this book, had a misfit relationship, the hero is vulnerable and Molly has to break through his shell, and of course chemistry. There was a couple things that got a little tiring but overall the story was good. 3.5.(less)

Reno is the complete opposite of Chase, she is intelligent, shy, and treats him like he is just another person. Chase has wanted to see what would develop and he finally has a chance, which ends up short lived. Reno doesn't feel she is what Chase needs, he is flashy, sexy, and could have any woman on the planet but for some reason Chase wants her.
This is actually a reread for me, I never wrote a review. What Reno and Chase both fail to realize is that they both are putting their insecurities first and allowing it to tear them apart. I think Reno understands more quickly than Chase who manages to make a muck of things but overall it works itself out. A little rushed towards the end with a big happy bow but otherwise an enjoyable story.(less)

Dakota is from a long line of assassins and the Bombay's pride themselves with their work over the last few centureies, but times are changing and their numbers are down. The council wants to know why and assigns Dakota and his brother to take care of the competition, but Dakota's life is about to go from cushy to crazy when he finds out he has a six year old son he knows nothing about and he finds himself enraptured by a certain red head who is not his type but he can't seem to stop thinking about her.
There are a couple really hilarious moments in this book and I loved the beginning. Normally I have a hard time with first person narrative, but this one grabs you right away. My only issue with the book is that you really don't see a lot of development between Dakota and Leonie which would have elevated this one for me. (less)
