Even though it's like most other romance novels with the declaration of love coming very quickly, I enjoyed seeing Morgan's progression. It was more believable as a romance, because of the added shared child element. I like how as an author she brings in characters viewpoints like the children. Even though I found all of the characters interesting and likeable, my favorite was Zack. He was very relatable, and you just want to help him and be his friend. All in all I just liked this book. It was good, and made me want to read the previous ones. If you like Paranormal Romances that a little more realistic, I recommend you pick it up!(less)

It happened too fast, and there wasn't enough besides sex to show them falling in love. Conn was brooding and sexy and total caring about his people. Lucy was the quintessential introvert with confidence issues, and apparently a view romps in the sack brought her completely out of her shell. And I spent the last half of the book waiting for something interesting to happen, and It just didn't really come. I was just trying to read it as fast as I could to get through it. If you were going to read this series definately don't start with this one. But I would recommend another in the series first.(less)

It was awesome! Katie Macalister has some amazing witt and it hilariously funny. She also knows how to write a man I want to sink my teeth into. I loved Rene, and Jim grew on me by the end. And I felt like Aisling Grey was an actual flawed but very strong heroine. Everyone should totally give this book a read, but beware you will want to start reading the next one the minute you put this one down!(less)

I loved reading about Budapest because it is one of the places that i have always wanted to visit, but I felt it took too long to get to the meat of the story. I also didn't really like a lot of the new characters, except Nora. Tiffany just annoyed me. I was glad to see that Rene was back, and Jim was as great as ever. The biggest thing that threw me off a little to this book is the somewhat similar plot line to the first book, and I wish Aisling would just deal with her issues with Drake instead of running away all the time. But by the end I did end up like it.(less)

I still love Aisling and Drake is sexy as ever, but there weren't as many surprises as I would have liked. Jim was still the comedian, and Katie's wit was there in spades. I must say my favorite line being "Mimes! You can't tell the devil doesn't have anything to do with mimes!" Hilarious. I did like how she brought everything together, but still left a little to the imagination (and to the next series). All in all, it was good. I just had a little trouble getting into it. But this is definitely worth the read.(less)

I am not a fan of the jump right into the sex right of the bat, having very little story or build up otherwise. I do like however that the author used really terms for body parts as opposed to the usual standbys like "her sex" or "his length". However it was very short, and just didn't really get me interested. It was also extremely predictable. If you are looking for a book to read strictly about sex then this is for you, otherwise it isn't worth the money.(less)

This includes keeping them from harming humans especially during the night of the Hallowed and Beltane Moons. The story begins when one of his kind is Summoned by necromancers (the bad guys) and he has to find and kill the creature before it cause any harm to itself or anything else after it has become one of the Transformed (a demon stripped of it's civilized nature by spells done to it by the necromancers making it more like the demons that haunt our nightmares). While searching for this demon he meets Isabella when she literally falls out her window, setting off events that lead to great discoveries and passionate romance. I didn't know if I would like this book, but after reading I love it. Not many romances books have an all around strong and positive female character, but this one did in Isabella and also in Legna. She was smart and strong, and confident enough in herself to know what she wanted and get it. She is the one who literally saves the day. And Jacob felt was a good man and well rounded character. They each had a backstory and were pretty described in depth, and the author did a good job of explaining and setting up the world by blending it into the story as it went along. I would definitely recommend it. And am already diving into the next one of the series.(less)

This one is all about Legna, the demon kings sister who was Summoned at the end of the first book, and Gideon the oldest and strongest of their kind. I like how their love match made sense. They each competed each other and brought out the best in the other. She was afraid of the animal or "huntress" as they call it inside of her, and Gideon helped her to come to terms with it and except it within herself. While Legna helped Gideon to learn feel his emotions and let go of his perfect self control. She also helped to give him absolution for the many things in his past that he blames himself for. Over all a very good read. It had the a passionate and somewhat believable romance with some violence and mayhem thrown in. I would recommend it.(less)

Elijah and Sienna made sense as a couple, but I just felt that the passion between wasn't really that strong and it seemed a little rush. I did love how strong a female character Sienna was, and it is one of the things that I have loved about all the books so far. A good read and recommended for paranormal romance lovers. Looking forward to reading Damien.(less)

I always love how I think that I have gotten her books figured out and then she always throws one thing in there that I didn't think to look for. I liked Georgina as a character. She was a strong woman and didn't just take everything at face value. She does things for herself, and she has charm. All of the characters were interesting, and you couldn't help but fall in love with Seth. He is oh so dreamy in a nerdy way. This is totally a must read.(less)
