I was really excited to read Eternal Eden. I thought, 'Finally! A paranormal romance about someone closer to my age!' And yet... it felt as if I was reading about high school kids again.
I don't know if my tastes are changing but I'm really getting sick of these main characters who fall deep in love with these men they've only spoken to once. It's unhealthy and incredibly annoying.
This main character...Bryn? The quiet girl with no friends, extremely smart, and oh-so beautiful (but of course she doesn't see it that way), and too many suitors to keep track of! But she only has eyes for the greek god that is her love interest.
Bryn is rude, judgmental, and not at all as witty as she likes to believe.
I would like to say that I'll try to finish this another time. But I ain't gonna lie, lol. ...more
