Seriously Rule?? Can't get enough of you. You Rule my fucking book-world. Aarrghh!
This book is "sobrang nakaka-kilig"!!! Didn't translate that one asSeriously Rule?? Can't get enough of you. You Rule my fucking book-world. Aarrghh!
This book is "sobrang nakaka-kilig"!!! Didn't translate that one as there's no word ever to justify "kilig", (swoon dont give justice). After reading Easy of Tamara Webber, i say this is the perfect book to read next. Will not disappoint you if you're looking for the fictional badass boyfriend, a great story that you can relate to and a fantastic characters, there's enough drama and comedy in here.
I believe this book falls in the New Adult category so you expect a lot of "mature" scenes. Okay, when i say mature scenes, i mean sex. But not 50-shades-of-grey kind of sex, more like of making love. The story is realistic enough that im sure a lot of us can relate in some point here.
Rule and Shaw were childhood friends (or enemies). Shaw is closer to Remy (Rule's twin brother) and was accepted in the family from the very first day that Remy took her home with him. Shaw's family is very difficult that's why she found peace and love in the arms of Archer family. Though people think that Shaw and Remy are couple, Shaw has her eyes only for Rule as difficult and aloof as he is, Shaw sees through him, looked past his struggles and problematic issues. But tragedy falls upon them when Remy died in a car accident and his mother is blaming Rule. Now a pre-med student, Shaw is keeping the Archer family together by dragging Rule's ass every Sunday for a forced family lunch. Having to see Rule with different girls every Sunday morning is really hard for her but still keeps her shit together. Rule has no idea about Shaw's feelings for him at all, until one incident that will draw them together. Despite the strong wall that he builds around himself and all that hot piercings and tattoos all over his body, he surprises himself when suddenly he cares for Shaw as much as he wants to. But he is new to this kind of feeling, and with all the shit that's happening to him, how long until he push Shaw away from him. Will he realise that together they make a good couple (despite their totally opposite personality and appearance) and that they only need each other to stand a chance in whatever problems, difficulties and challenges that life threw at them.
I want Rule so badly!!!! I love his protectiveness and when he says "my girl" when referring to Shaw, (sigh) i just died a little. I may have more days daydreaming about Rule. God! He is so HOT!!!...more

This is mu first New Adult book and I'm loving it. I love Young Adult but in this genre the story and characters are more mature and the authors are not holding back.
I am surprise with the plot of this one, i just thought that it's a light read. But Easy exceeds my expectations that why I have high hope for New Adult books now.
Jacqueline is now questioning her decision to follow her boyfriend and attend the same university as he does now the he broke up with her. She is wondering if maybe she's in the right place now. But what would you do if a bad boy come rescuing you from all your misery? And not just a bad boy, a hot (complete with tattoos and piercing), smart, sexy badass badboy? And little by little he draws himself near you and you find yourself thinking about him, like a lot? Swoon and drool, right? But the story just not focus on these matters, there's more to Lucas than his appearance and Jacqueline will get her answers and learn a lot from it....more

this book is a good read and actually very funny. iThe Potato Song. okay, who wouldn't like Dexter? he's so funny and cute! and he's in a band! Huffah!
this book is a good read and actually very funny. i love Dexter's band, John Miller, Monkey, Lissa, Jess, Chloe and the story. you know i just liked it!
Remy is very cynical because of how she observed her mother's love life. she thinks she is strong by dodging and not accepting the concept of love. then came Dexter. the happy go lucky guy. the very opposite of Remy. i personally think that they are perfect for each other that some scenes i want to smack Remy on the back of her head. hehe.
actually i like Remy's character she got a cool personality unlike Macy, Auden and Annabel. well that's just me. :) and i love Dexter! he is very sweet and full of life. when he's in the scene he always makes me smile ^____^
(view spoiler)[ "Plastic ware," he said slowly, "like knives and forks and spoons?" "Yeah, I guess. Just the basics, you know." "Did you need plastic ware?" he asked. I shrugged. "Because," he went on, and I fought the urge to squirm, "it's so funny, because I need plastic ware. Badly." "Can we go inside, please?" I asked, slamming the trunk shut. "It's hot out here." He looked at the bag again, then at me. And then, slowly, the smile I knew and dreaded crept across his face. "You bought me plastic ware," he said. "Didn't you?" "No," I growled, picking at my license plate. "You did!" he hooted, laughing out loud. "You bought me some forks. And knives. And spoons. Because—" "No," I said loudly. "—you love me!" He grinned, as if he'd solved the puzzler for all time, as I felt a flush creep across my face. Stupid Lissa. I could have killed her. "It was on sale," I told him again, as if this was some kind of an excuse. "You love me," he said simply, taking the bag and adding it to the others. "Only seven bucks," I added, but he was already walking away, so sure of himself. "It was on clearance, for God's sake." "Love me," he called out over his shoulder, in a singsong voice. "You. Love. Me."
The door swung open again, and there was Monkey, panting. Above him, dangling past the doorframe from the left, was one hand, fingers gripping a bright blue fork, wiggling it around suggestively, as if it was some kind of signal, spelling out messages in supersecret spy code. What was it saying? What did it mean? Did I even care anymore? The fork kept wiggling, beckoning. Last chance, I thought. I sighed out loud, and started up the steps. (hide spoiler)]

The Truth About Forever is about how you will live your life to the fullest, how you see things, how being imperfect is perfect, how to move on and of course how to fall in love. another good plot, characters and lessons. you will definitely learn something from Sarah Dessen books. i love how she creates a love story that you will never stop swooning over. and i love how she makes you fall in love with just a conversation! (i mean, other books have to include a kiss first before you get the picture that they like each other!)
and i fell in love with Wes! ♥ sa-wooon! Oh my gosh! the thing about Sarah Dessen is that she always creates her characters perfectly (not all goody goody, but you know, always have this great personality that you will surely love).
after reading 4 books (and will start reading the other books soon! ...like now!) of Sarah Dessen, i think this is my all time favortie! ♥...more

it's so fun reading the whole book! so much happening and no page is wasted on crappy whatever. it's not just another love story, there is so much to learn, to realize, to think about: your family; friends and regrets in life and how would you use your second chance effectively. i mean, i just loved it!
i like Eli and Auden's scenes, i mean wow! they're so cute together! ♥

Seriously, i didn't expect The Iron Knight to be this awesome! i mean, at first i only liked the book because of the cover and it's Ash's story, but after reading it, i super liked it! (you know, SUPER. with tears in my eyes T_T)
i love the plot. i love the situations, challenges, choices, decisions, characters, sacrifices, etc. and its the only book of the series that i actually find Puck funny. i super love the ending!
