The police work was portrayed really good and felt real, it wasn't skipped over. Demon side of the story was also interesting. The triangle that's happening between characters is bit ... messy? and doesn't flow very well but I'm so gonna keep up with this series cause I wanna know loads of stuff that isn't explained even in the second book. It was written beautifully, eloquently but there was no depth behind the words. Everything was told but not shown, the writer doesn't write stuff out enough, I need bit more details to help me plunge into world of the book.

It was just perfect, not going too over the top with the happily ever after.

Time to time some phrases were repeated over and over again so it got bit annoying but didn't bother much.(less)
