This is a great story. It is creepy and haunting. What happens when we let the dark inside of us out? What happens when we unleash all of those inner thoughts and give in to those inhibitions that our conscious would normally stop?
Jeyn takes all these questions and throws them into this amazing book. I am a huge fan of books like these. I like it when you have to think about what the world would be like if we all lost our humanity.
I love the character's. They are easily relatable considering the circumstances. I really like how Jeyn writes in all the different POV's. It gives the story that much more perspective when you can see it from all the different vantage points.
I really enjoyed the story and I definitely cannot wait for it to continue. This is a series that I would recommend to anyone who likes the post apocolyptic, doomsday kind of stuff.(less)

Henry lives his life in solitude and when he meets Justine, the girl next door, Henry can see the light at the end of the tunnel for the first time.
After being in a horrific car crash that stole his mother, Henry cannot remember anything about his life from before. Henry keeps having these strange dreams and he cannot figure out what they mean.
The relationship between Henry and his father is non existent. He doesn't even truly know who his father is. But Justine helps Henry unlock the secrets to his past. Sometimes secrets should stay hidden.
Henry search for the truth unlock the terrible secrets that his father has been hiding.
I adored this book. It was a refreshing read. Murder and mystery plague this novel from beginning to end. It was raw and emotional. I highly recommend reading Henry Franks. Henry Franks will make you think. You will not want to put it down until you have the answers.
If you are looking for a book that will knock your socks off and one that I guarantee you cannot predict the ending too, then this is your book.(less)

What an explosive story. There was not one thing that I did not like about this book. Daisy`s adventures are wild. To live this top secret life and not being able to tell anyone can be hard, but she copes as best she can.
Matt and Daisy have something extremely special. The emotion just pours off the pages with this one. As Daisy finally finds a place where she feels like she can put down some roots, her world is turned upside down and nothing will ever be the same.
This story had ever single element that I love. A great romance, true friendship, and of course and action packed plot. Cat is a master in her field. I was so impressed with this.
I LOVED LOVED LOVED this book. It was definitely a one sit read for me and this is a book that I know I will go back to time and time again.(less)

I have not read Julie`s Fey series because I am not all that into the fey to be honest but I was so thrilled when I received this book.
This has got to be one of the best YA vampire stories that I have read in a long time. It was so original and compact with action. I was never once bored through Immortal Rules.
Julie takes a classic story and puts an amazing twist to it. It is edgy and gritty and fast paced. This is a book that you will not want to put down once you`ve started.
I loved how she made the Vampires the rulers and humans below them on the food chain. Now this is done in most stories but she makes it public knowledge.
This is a great story of humans trying to keep their humanity in the darkest of times. The chemistry between Allie and Zeke is great. The plot was amazing and there were some amazing characters.

I am so unbelievably, absolutely, irrevocably in love with this book. Anna Banks knocked it out of the park with this one.
I loved Emma and Galen. They have now got to be two of my favourite character's. Emma and her take no crap attitude and snarky comments was adorable.
The dynamic push and pull of their relationship was great. Now normally I am not a fan of "mermaid" stories but I enjoyed this one. Anna made mermaids fun for me. She made it fun and thrilling and I am romantic.
The character's are fun and energetic and it had a great plot with an amazing setting. I was shocked by the ending of the book but I am so excited to continue the story. I want more!(less)

Under The Never Sky was beautifully written and Veronica sucks you into her world and believe me you are never going to want to leave, I know I sure didn't.
I have heard nothing but amazing things things about this book and it certainly deserves all the praise and more.
Aria and Perry have became two of my favorite characters. The growth that they both go through is unbelievable. I loved the character that Aria became. She is so strong and determined that it just shines through perfectly.
Perry is amazing. The depth of his character added a great element to the story. Under The Never sky is an amazing post apocolyptic read where nothing is what you expect it to be.
There is so much action and adventure and you will be sucked in from the first chapter to the last.(less)

I was so excited when I heard that she was writing a new series.
I was really surprised with the route Alyson took with Fated. In a lot of ways it kind of reminded me of her other series but at the same time it was extremely different. I am not sure if it is because I am such a big fan of the Immortals series or what but I felt like I was at some times comparing the two.
I really enjoyed this book. The mystical elements mixed with Native American culture was great.
I enjoyed the character's. Daire took a little getting used to. I think that her character was just to somber at the beginning of the story and it took a little bit to relate to her. Dace and Cade are going to add an entertaining mix as the story progresses. The whole good vs evil aspect within the brothers is something I enjoyed as well.
I thought Fated was a good way to kick what is sure to be another phenomenal hit for Alyson.
If you loved her Immortals series (and I hate to compare the two) but you will definitely enjoy Fated. (less)

That is really all I have to say about this incredible book. A Touch Mortal is one hell of a ride. The cover is gorgeous too. The red really catches your eye. Which is just one more thing I love about this book, among many.
This has got to be one of the best reads that I have read so far. I am absolutely thrilled with A Touch Mortal. It was so fast paced and action packed that it left me nearly breathless. There was so much going on that I could not put the book down no matter how hard I tried.
Leah Clifford is an amazing author. She kept me hooked from the first page to the last. Can I say that I am asbolutely in love with Az. For those of you who have read this book you know exactly what I am talking about.
I honestly do not think I could praise this novel enough. I loved to hate Luke. He is definitely a master villan in every way shape and form. But he has that charisma about him that keeps you hooked.
Again I do not think I can praise Leah enough for her tremendous work on this book. If you have not read it go out now, like now to get it because you are missing out.
I am so excited to continue Eden, Az and Gabe's story with A Touch Morbid!(less)

I was not expecting it to end the way it did but Andrea certainly did a spectacular job.
There is no way that I can write this review properly without giving away any spoilers but I loved it to so much that I had to show my support and write something.
I would have to say that Bloodrose is my favourite story out of the trilogy. This was such an emotiona end and I do not think that I have cried as hard through any book as I did this one. It was so emotionally gripping.
Now I do have to say that I was a little upset with Andrea ( for those who have read Bloodrose I think you know what I am talking about) But I do have to respect her for throwing in such an amazing twist, one that I definitely did not see coming, even if it hurt just a little bit.
The Nightshade series has got to be on my top ten list for YA series, and while I am sad to see it end, Andrea did a fantastic job. (less)

Nora and Patch are two of my most favoured character's in any series. The love that they have for one another just blows me away every time I read these books.
The series just keeps getting better with more plot twists and turns and unexpected situations that keeps this series incredibly entertaining.
I wasn't very happy with Patch this book. I understand why he did what he did but I was still a little disappointed in him. Nora as always copes with her crazy life as best as she can.
I love this series and I know this review is a little vague but I cannot go into any more detail without giving away major points in the book.
For anyone who has read this series will understand what I'm talking about and if you haven't read this series yet you should go out and pick yourself up a copy of each book right away. An amazing series with even better character's. I love Patch and Nora and I cannot wait to see how they manage in the next book.(less)
