This was as good as it was ever likely to be, I reflected, peeking at white sand, combing green & white sea & striped sunshades, from beneath my lowered lids.
COMMENTS: library book. Fun book. Mike Farrady & his secretary are vacationing in the Bahamas. Enjoying the laid-back lifestyle untile a dead body is found... frozen. The temps barely dip below 85, the body had to be refrigerated somewhere on the island. Farrady gets involved helping the local police. (less)
