When Christian gives Ana an agreement to sign, she does and then after an evening in the Red Room, she Wow - what to say about the notorious book two.
When Christian gives Ana an agreement to sign, she does and then after an evening in the Red Room, she bolts and leaves him. Mr. Grey is shattered and unfortunately so is Ana. He haunts her every day and night. She finally decides to get a job at SIP, a publishing company, as an assisting editor. Her boss is a jerk who has sexually harassed his last 5 assistants. She is happy with her new job and starts to see Mr. Grey again. He doesn't force her to sign a document this time. He decides to buy SIP but he doesn't tell Ana. One afternoon her boss tells her to make two reservations for New York and that they will be gone overnight. She tells Christian by e-mail and he objects but she tells him she wants to go anyway. All of a sudden Jack, her boss, tells her that something from the higher ups came down and she won't be able to go with him. Christian is happy with himself until he finds out that Jack has made a pass at Ana. She has had some martial arts training and knees him in his privates. She is late when she leaves and christian is waiting for her. He immediately knows that something is wrong and makes her tell him. He and Taylor (his driver and bodyguard) go inside and he threatens Jack to stay away from Ana. He gets back into the car and gets on the phone and has Jack fired on the spot. Jack is very angry to say the least. He starts to try to kill Mr. Grey a few times but doesn't succeed. Now it starts to rock and roll. Not only does Jack want him dead; one of his former subs is after Ana along with Christian's Mrs. Robinson who wants to see them separated. Car chases, a downed helicopter, a fire at Grey Enterprises keeps them on the run and with more security. Christian then proposes marriage to Ana, and she says she will have to think about it first and needs some time alone. But he says no and so she must find inner strength to cope with the man who has stolen her heart. She decides that she wants to talk to Dr. Flynn, Mr. Grey's shrink first. She is at work the next day to find out that she now has Jack's job. Wow what a week. She meets his family and he invites her to the family's annual dance and auction. She goes of course with some help from Christian's sister Mia. At the auction the most eligible women are auctioned for a first dance to help raise money. Christian drops a cool 100k on his dance with Ana. Everything seems fine and of course the stalking continues. Ana tells Christian her answer in the form of a sparkle key chain which says YES on it's reverse and gives it to him for his birthday. They have a splendid wedding and spend 3 weeks on a yacht around half the world. Their lives seem perfect until they get followed by a strange car. In fast conclusion, the book escalates to high heaven with you, the reader, hanging on for dear life.
