RecommenNaturally all Cynster Men are breath taking and as the reader you are hooked from book one. A new storm is on the horizon and it catches Vane.
Recommend: Those who enjoyed Devil's Bride. Great historical romance. You don't necessarily have to have read the first book. This book can stand alone.
Highlights: *Vane is sexy as ever. The man is also honorable through and through. *Patience has quite the back bone. Not only does she loose her heart to Vane, but is resoved to only marry for love. *Gerrard is the epitome of every little brother. You can't help but love and want to protect him. *Minnie and Timms remind me of my Great Aunt. Loving and Witty. *It was funny to watch all the mean at Bellmay Hall , or as Vane puts it Patience's Harem, follow her around vying for her attention. *The plot thickens as strange lights and a thief appears. Have no fear Romance is in the air and strikes.
Warnings: *Vane Cynster is a true blooded male which means sensual tension will cause blood to boil. *The mystery of the thief is so captivating you will be tempted to read the ending. Don't the whole book is wonderful and the suspense will be worth the wait.

Things I liked about this book: -I really liked that the main character was a mom. She had two kids and it worked for the story. She was widowed 2 years back when her hubby got in a NASCAR accident. She ends up falling for another NASCAR racer Elec Monroe who is 6 years younger at age 26. I thought it was great reading about how moms can still be sexy. -This is the first contemporary romance book that I really loved. The quotes are excellent from this book. ...more

OMG! Seriously, that was way more Steam then I am used too. I am surprised I didn't burn the house down with that one. I loved this book and the series so far. However, if you want mild romance do not touch these books. They are not for everyone. It reminded me of a Naughtier BDB Series without the paranormal. Does this qualify for Contemporary Romance? I don't really think this hits on anything normal..... so Romance area it is.
Another Steamy one for Cherise Sinclair. This book is all about Dan. We get to see him grow and learn to let go of the past to hol 5/5 Sexy Stars *****
Another Steamy one for Cherise Sinclair. This book is all about Dan. We get to see him grow and learn to let go of the past to hold on the the present and future. I think Cherise Sinclair picked the perfect complement to Dan in Kari. Who better than a natural nurturer than a teacher. I loved the last big scene at the end of the book. *The chase scene* If you loved the first book then you will love this one!
Oh Nolan I just love you. Wow talk about a deeply emotional story. This poor man has been through hell and back from the war Yes! 5/5 Sexy Stars *****
Oh Nolan I just love you. Wow talk about a deeply emotional story. This poor man has been through hell and back from the war and then get's thrown into what feels like a ticking time bomb called Beth. Now I loved this story and loved Beth, but wow there was so many ups and downs with their relationship. How could you not feel for Beth and sympathize. Who could forget Nolan's Party, I mean come on. I don't think I will find another book with that other than Come Monday by Mari Carr and that book was mild to this. Yea, for another great book and pressing on to the next one!

I would say it is along the lines of the book Matched.
Recommend : If you enjoy books about Military Men saving the damsel in distress than give this a try.
Dare goes on a "trip" to find and retrieve his best friends' sister. Our first look into his world would be his recounting of the rescue mission. He managed to free Alani, Trace's sister, and all the other women kept locked up in the trailer in Tijuana Mexico. He also brought home a ... complication. The complications name is Molly and his protective nature seems to be in overdrive with her.
Upon waking up in a strange car with a stranger standing over her she greeted him the only logical way, a foot to his nose. Not only did this prove she was no wilting flower she made up Dare's mind to keep her close.Dare takes her to a hotel to get her cleaned up and ask questions. We get to see the gentle side to this giant. He not only purchases extra clothes and toiletries for her, but brushes out her knotted hair.
Molly is not about to waltz back into her normal life because she knows she was taken for a reason and that reason was not for slavery like the other girls. No, she was taken for a personal reason and therefore can not trust anyone. She did the only thing she could think of, hire the man that saved her.
Everyone is a suspect. Her uppity-know-it-all Father, her reputation-centered Step-mom, her only sister, the broke ex-fiance, and her disappointed readers. Too many people with to many motives. Can Dare figure out who arranged the kidnapping before she is taken again?
Dare Macintosh you have officially been entered into Bad*ss Hall of Fame!
Things I loved:
* Chris, Dares personal assistant, kept me laughing the whole time.
* Jett was also another favorite of mine. I can only hope that he gets his story with Natalie.
* This book does change point of view often but she does it so seamlessly that it adds to the story. I wish all books could be like this.
* I felt that Molly was vulnerable but still a strong female character. She didn't complain but took what life gave her and moved onward.
Things that I wasn't a fan of:
* Honestly, I have nothing. I loved the book and would recommend it to anyone.
"Life has sex in it, and I write about life, about people who face hardships and in the end triumph through it all. Any really good triumph deserves a lasting love, don't you think?" Before he could answer, she said, "Of course it does. And any lasting love has to have really hot, wonderful sex."
Overall it was a Hot read mixed with solving a case. This will keep all Romance and Mystery readers satisfied.
