It has so much potential, I mean that gut wrenching epilogue at the end of Saved set this book up to be totally captivating. However it fell flat for me.
You may like this book if you like:
10, yes 10 POVs, most of the time I lost track of who's POV I was reading. (Heather, Josh, Gunner, Ellie, Ari, Jeff, Brad, Amanda, Scott, and Jessie) some of them only had a chapter or two, but still!!
Only about 50% of the book evolved around the main characters Josh and Heather.
Not really any angst, just an update on everyone's pregnancies. Blah blah blah.
The mention of the term crying or tears. My kindle calculated over 250 of these.
All of the guys "slammed" into their respective mates because they're so turned on. I couldn't help but wonder if the chicks all sported bruises from being "slammed" in to.
You have to be a fan of country music to know the meaning behind all of the songs that are mentioned. Which I am, so that was good.
As usual, this author set the next book in the series "Cherished" to be immediately added to your wish-list because of the damn good epilogue, which I'm sure I'll read.
Not a bad book, just lots of REDUNDANCIES, REDUNDancies, redundancies. <--- my best echo voice.
Wow! Just wow! I'm still reeling from the high this book left me in.
These two had chemistry, the kind that is so hard to find in books these days. MsWow! Just wow! I'm still reeling from the high this book left me in.
These two had chemistry, the kind that is so hard to find in books these days. Ms Lilley's writing style made the pages flow right off the page and the characters come to life. I absolutely enjoyed and loved every moment of this book. Okay, well there is one part that tore my heart into tiny pieces, and I had a feeling something like that was going to happen, I just didn't think it would be that painful.
Even tough, there will be another book in this series staring the oh so sexy Tristan, I'm super glad the author took my weeping heart into consideration and didn't leave me with a relationship cliffhanger.
Not to downgrade or belittle the In flight series by any means, but this one is so much better.
I'm in super "Book Hangover" right now and I really hope we don't have to wait too long for Rock Bottom.
This is going to be really hard to review without revealing any spoilers.

First, I never really had any feeling toward Dorothy in the previous books, not that I didn't like her, but I just waiting on her story to make a judgement. After reading the first page I had compassion for this woman. This is very rare for me, to almost immediately feel something for a heroine right off the bat, especially when I've met them in other books. So kudo's to you Madeline for the stellar opening!
Okay, so here goes, I wouldn't really classify this as a love triangle and I kinda wanted her to end up with the one she didn't end up with. I know, I know, I'm not the majority vote, but I was still holding out hope. However, I will say with the way she wrote the story I absolutely ended up falling in love with the couple and I believe she did justice in telling their story. My only gripe would be is that I didn't feel like I had the closure I should of with the other person.
Unbeloved, I would say is the tamest of the four books in this series, but even so it packs a punch and leaves you wanting more. Without a doubt Ms. Sheehan is one of the best of the MC genre and knows how to formulate a story that will leave you captivated.
Next, we get Preacher's story, it's a back in time story and I can't wait for it. However, I will need some booze and meds to get through it cause it's for sure gonna be a tear-jerker!
After Preachers book we will finally get to see ZZ's story, and well I have mixed emotions about this because in Madeline's books we can expect the timeline to be drawn out over a few decades and well I'm wondering what will happen to all of our old timers. I'm not sure I can fathom reading something like that, but I'm sure the queen B can pull it off!
